Have you ever felt like a sheep

Have you ever felt like a sheep ? Well go on these ferries and experience all that and being yelled at and treated like rubbish by the rudest men to walk the earth while they throw your luggage around like a sack of potatoes.

The site isn't mobile browser friendly

The site isn't mobile browser friendly. A big problem for travellers wanting to book on the go. The error messages are not clear. I.e cabin not available is displayed as a system error that requires a call to the office which doesn't help.

Rudest and meanest customer service of …

Rudest and meanest customer service of my life. Calling me a liar because my porter signed and lost my tickets - mistakes happen I wont blame him or call the police as suggested. I simply wanted tickets cancelled or re printed. A nightmare - please don't use them wasted so much time and 200 euros . No support whatsoever or human behavior. I re buy tickets and open a claim with my bank.

Be more clear with your times

No, because you should make it more clear on your website if it is I am all p.m. Not every countries is a 24 hour clock and it is very confusing. Obviously our fault, but we missed our boat at 3:40 "AM"

Websites

Greek ferry websites are not user friendly, yours was the best but could be simpler.

Middle man and a necessary evil

We've used these guys a number of times to book holidays around Greece.
If the ferry companies in Greece had better websites and fewer problems paying online (usually why we use lets ferry instead) we would use them instead.
Be careful - cancellations do happen and you may be required to rebook again with lets ferry at your expense and pay the lets ferry booking fee again (apparently not something lets ferry consider they have to honour).
It is what it is.

Let’s ferry is a comparison website that helps users to find the cheapest and fastest ferry for their trip. As we can see through our system you got a full refund of the itinerary that was cancelled (included service fees).
We do our best to inform our costumers as soon as an itinerary changes and help them to make a reschedule.
