It was an amazing experience.

We decided to buy a hunt to complete when visiting Shetland but had technical difficulties in accessing it when we were there. I contacted the company via chat, and was told the trails don't work on Android devices and that I'd get my money back.
Fast forward to the arrival of my credit card statement and I've been charged £40 for something that the company openly admitted wouldn't work on my device. I requested a refund and was told my request would be reviewed in 7 to 10 days and I'd get an email notification of the outcome
Maybe I was just unlucky but I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow to see if I can get my money back for something that simply failed to deliver.

The hunt was great. Saw things I've never seen. Sometime I had a hard time getting the hunt to reload after opening another app

We really enjoyed doing this scavenger hunt in downtown Denver. Took quite a while but we had a blast and only need to stop for water once.

This is terrible, would not recommend to anyone. Bought two tickets for their Huntsville, ON scavenger hunt. The app is a buggy mess and did not work at all. The cost for two people was 60 dollars and the experience was basically "go here and take a picture of this thing". The experience was only around 20 minutes.

This was an extremely informative, fun and creative scavenger hunt. I thought they were very honest with their pricing and their customer service helpline was extremely helpful and Right At task. The one I did was the laughter and fun loot and Lewis Delaware. I am from Michigan and had a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this.

Total scam. I tried to take my son on an angel island scavenger hunt. Turns out once we were out there that the hunt was on mainland Tiburon. I tried to cancel immediately and deleted the app. I received a charge from them today and contacted customer service to request a refund and ensure my account was canceled. After waiting half an hour of extreme frustration I was informed that I hadn’t read their terms of service properly and that they wouldn’t do anything for me. They misrepresent their hunts and make it as difficult as possible to cancel. Total 100% scam. Don’t waste your money.

We had so much fun walking around seeing old buildings reading different plaques including those not part of the hunt!

If I could give the company zero stars I would. I bought as a gift however they have taken money again and pretend they are to refund but don’t. Buy at your peril - scam company.

My husband bought the Chester trail on his birthday between other activities we had booked. It was not good, no actual history about locations on the map, unclear instructions and inaccurate locations. We chose to stop despite the fact it wasn’t cheap. That is not the reason for my review though. Today, £25.04 and a non-sterling transaction fee came out for a “subscription” that was definitely not made clear at the time of booking. We have no idea what on earth the subscription is for, as you still have to pay for the scavenger hunts. We have contacted them to ask for a refund but failing that, it will be a VISA dispute. Money’s tight and disputing payments is time you don’t get back, so it’s a bit of a nuisance really.

This is a great idea in theory but the company really need to sort out their app. It is very temperamental, often closing with no reason, very slow to respond and you have to repeat pages often before it works and in the end the hunt didnt work. I bought 2 tickets a few months ago to use in Shrewsbury but when I installed the app it required an update which wouldn't work. I requested support but there wasn't really anything they could other than acknowledge there was an issue. So we had to give up with it for that day out.
I decided to use the tickets for a day out in Plymouth yesterday instead. The app continued to be temperamental but managed to get it ready to use. However when it came to starting our scavenger hunt the app was just stuck in the 'installing your hunt' page and we never managed to get the hunt started. So again, we had to give up, money gone. I wouldn't bother trying this again.

i have bought several passes and went to use them and the app is not working. i tried calling and using the online chat. Not sure i am chatting online with a real person because the messages every time i log on are essentially the same. that there is no update on the status.
UPDATE
after 30 minutes online today i did get a call back. i will wait to see if the problem is resolved and a complimentary ticket is issued

A great way to have a walk with purpose! We enjoyed walking around the city,
learnt a little history, had some fun with the questions, met some locals & finished off with coffee at one of the very nice coffee shops we found along the way.

Great activity for solo, couples or groups. Excellent team building exercise. Fun with some history lessons built in.

Very fun and family friendly. Would highly recommend if parents have stir crazy kids and need to get out and about. Pet friendly as well.
