Definatly not best inseason...

Flowers were supposed to be best in season. They arrived wilted with damaged stems. They were certainly not the best. The bunch was small for the price paid and although extra was paid for express delivery they arrived late.

BE CAREFUL IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY …

BE CAREFUL IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY …. Reasons being.. just not great service and the product was of poor quality…

1) I ordered as per their website, I picked a delivery day/date that was shown as AVAILABLE on their own site. I get a message 2 days later telling me ‘SORRY’ but we can’t deliver now on that date/day; so pick another ! Flowers arrived several days after they were meant to.. why advertise a day as available if it’s not ..! rather disappointed..

2) The person whom I sent the flowers to, found them literally ‘THROWN’ on the floor of their small communal hallway; not delivered to the actual address (only 2 floors and 9 apartments in total) … how lazy is that .. IFlorist who we have used several times have always delivered to the front door …

If I didn’t have to use this company then I wouldn’t .. sorry to say.. but that’s my own opinion…

Add to that … The flowers were a bit crumpled when they arrived, but bloomed ok. As I say.. be careful ..

Order didn't match photo/description

I ordered a mothers day bouquet based on a description and image, but when my mother sent me a photograph of what she received, it was a poor imitation. The flowers listed were not in the bouquet, except for five roses which were in bad shape. I wrote to the company on March 19 with photos, but they haven't responded.

Sad flowers that quickly went bad

The flowers arrived and were looking quite sad around the edges, we thought it was just the outer bit of the roses but they then continued to get worse and worse. This is really sad as I sent these to my mum for Mother’s Day and she is really upset with how the flowers look.

Good experience

Flowers were delivered on time and the recipient, bought for Mother’s Day, said the flowers were lovely. Would definitely use Letterbuds again

Sorry looking flowers didn’t last

Roses were crinkled and starting now to go brown around the edges and the white flower heads drooped after a few days- my son said he’d ordered flowers that would open over a couple of days - this has not been the case. I contacted the company who said that I should have contacted them within 2 days- I expect roses to last more than 6 days and the white flowers to remain upright for a good few days. Will not reorder

Great company

Great company, chosen for their environmental pledge.
Correct item, delivered on time to correct address 😊

disappointed

I am just disappointed.
All the other bouquets look so lovely, so i thought the florist choice would be a surprise but just as nice.
However, 4 tiny tulips and 4 small peonies with flowery shrub things do not look very impressive.
I know I got them half price, but I bought a £4 groupon, so £18, for the flowers is very disappointing.

I should have just got supermarket flowers.
