Simply the best...
Let Training is absolutely the best training institution I've ever studied with!! Everyone is so responsive amd helpful. Assessments are marked and returned very quickly with very helpful and detailed feedback. My trainer for this course (Imogen) was amazing and so supportive. I felt very lucky to have had such support for my first unit of study in a very long time!!

I recently enrolled in a Cert IV Human Resource Management course with LET Training, expecting a flexible and supportive learning environment. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Despite assurances of communication and support, my course was abruptly cancelled without prior notice, leaving me without access to course materials or the opportunity to complete my studies. Efforts to resolve the issue were met with unsatisfactory responses, lacking accountability and adequate resolution. While the concept of flexible online learning is promising, the execution and student support at LET Training need significant improvement. Prospective students should carefully consider these factors.

Good course great trainers
I found my trainer to be very helpful, when I had a question it was answered promptly by Robyn, who was very helpful in putting me at ease within doing role plays etc. The WHS cert IV was more in-depth than I thought, but again Robyn gave me great feedback on my assignments. Which helped guide me through to completion

The Trainer (Ray) as excellent he helped me through all the assessments
The Admin/ Accounts team were terrific and easy to liaise with and helped me through my payment plan
The log on to the course was easy and I had no problems with working my way through the site and the assessment - the learning modules/ resources were a great source of information they were really easy to read and all the information in them were relevant to th eassessment
I can't say enough about the company and the staff
My experience with LET was awesome , I have tried to complete the course with other companies and it was not a very good experience it was a nightmare
I will be recommending LET to other staff who require training
After 3 attemps I have finally obtained the Certificate thanks to Let Training

Self-paced and comprehensive.
I loved being able to work at my own pace. The 'unpacking the assignment' webinars were particularly helpful but at times I found the presenter a little difficult to understand due to the accent (ability to play back several times helped this) The course content was very interesting and sufficiently challenging to make me think 'outside and beyond' and use all my professional skills, common sense and creativity in sync to complete assignments to a high standard.

The online portal for this course is archaic, there is little or no communication from them other than automated emails. You get what you pay for if you are looking for a course that locks you out of your account for an unsuccessful payment and provides you with no other way of updating payment information except CALLING THEM between 9am to 5pm .. this is it.

I recently completed Cert IV WHS and had a great experience with LET Training. The response time with assessments was fast within a couple of hours to a least a day of submitting an assessment. The webinars made it easy to understand the requirements of the assessments.
