We're absolutely loving Lever! It's made a world of difference in how we manage our recruitment process. The user-friendly interface and helpful support team have made the transition super smooth (especially Tom, who went above & beyond to help us navigate through challenges and make this transition possible!). The functionality is great and it allows us and out stakeholders to have a unique experience. The main reason as to why we decided to transition was the need for us to have a solid CRM in place, talent insights and ability to customise ATS's functionality to suit our needs. With Lever we have all of that and I don't think we will be ever looking back as we re already seeing the benefits.

Ally from Lever was great as our Implementation Specialist. She is personable, knowledgeable and worked towards our tight timeframes efficiently, driving forward the process. We went live with hardly any issues. Lever is a great ATS, I highly recommend. Thank you Ally for all your support.

Tom was an excellent implementation specialist! He was knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to help us get up and running with the new system. We highly recommend him!

The spa experience in itself was nice and the grounds were beautiful but the spa area indoor were not good. It was unkempt and very depressing. Needs a big refurb !!!! And some areas were dirty. Won't visit again which is a shame.

After having used more than 5 different ATS, for me, Lever is by far the best ATS on the market today. The tool is intuitive, easy to access, and extremely comprehensive. From day one, you are supported by implementation specialists who assist you for over a month and a half to ensure everything goes smoothly. We were fortunate to have Ally Nguyen, who did an outstanding job and provided excellent support to help us with the migration. Flawless!

Tom Marino provided THE BEST implementation experience. Migrating over to Lever came at a time when there was not a lot of time to devote to implementation projects, but he made the work feel managable, possible, and always a team effort. The layout of the implementation was always concise and clear, with all questions always answered with confidence and context. Our experience was great because our implementation specialist, Tom Marino, was fabulous! Tom was so helpful throughout the entire implementation process, from taking on our concerns about the platform to showing the team how to use each feature. I personally asked Tom multiple questions after we went live and he was patient and kind and always found the answer even if it wasn't possible.

The Lever team has created a great software that makes the applicant tracking system very user friendly and efficient. Lever has an implementation plan in place that they share with you and can modify per your organization's needs. The team at Lever is receptive to learning feedback for future software updates. We were lucky to have had a very savvy Implementation Specialist, Tom Marino. He worked with us on our timeline and was very supportive throughout the process.

Lever's scheduling tool has made a massive difference to our manual intervention needs and it's seamless integration with Gsuite has been a game changer.
