What have you done to fairy liquid it's one of the only products which stood the test of time but now it's like it's been watered down it's no better than any of the other washing up liquid s now.

Tom Marino was a great guide for our implementation and made everything very simple. Lever's functionality makes it a top ATS across the board for any size TA team.

Our journey with Lever's been nothing short of amazing! It's like they took all our hiring woes and turned them into a streamlined, efficient process. The best part is that Lever keeps all of our data in one place, making our workflows smoother and more organized. Plus, it's got features we didn't even know we needed until we had them! If there's one thing they could improve, it'd be user access customization. But overall, Lever has truly exceeded our expectations and made a positive impact on our day-to-day operations.

Tom's willingness to go above and beyond and answer all of our questions during our implementation (sometimes multiple times over) has made this a truly stress-free change for our organization. Grateful for him and his excellent customer service! Additionally, the tool is so customizable we've been able to make it work for all of our processes and not the other way around!

3. With our old process, the problem we ran into was that it was hard to collaborate with each other . As we scaled, we knew we needed a new solution and Lever was an easy choice. I've never seen the team so responsive and thorough in their use of an ATS before. If you want a seamless process and architecture that even your developers will appreciate, without spending a fortune, Lever is by far the best option.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager implementing Lever our first ever ATS for our organization, I've been very impressed with the intuitive design of Lever. For us, the most powerful aspects have been its user-friendly interface, extensive customization capabilities, and reporting functionality.

Ease of Use

We just finished our Lever implementation. We switched from JazzHR. Overall things went very smoothly, despite our implementation specialist leaving the company a week before our go-live date.

Ally, our new IS was great and kept things moving. She gave us add'l time where needed and made sure our implementation went and smoothly as possible,

We recently integrated Lever from a previous ATS and not only was Tom M (the amazing Lever Implementation specialist) just diligent in helping us every step of the way, but he was also able to help us customize Lever for our company structure needs and answered a million and two questions from us along the way. The user interface is great, you can integrate so many things and for us, it helped streamline recruiting efforts across the board and will now allow us to track metrics and overall recruiting efforts for our partners and our corporate team.
