Communication is key

Every time I speak with somebody at Lex, I am given knowledgeable and helpful advice. I sent an email, and I receive a follow up phone call with a short period of a few minutes. I wish all companies could be as responsive and caring.

Excellent Client Services

The client services team is consistently accessible and responds promptly through the convenient chat option. Today, I needed to complete a quality audit and requested a recording of a phone call. We discovered that the call recording feature was not enabled on my account. After speaking with Flora, she checked whether there would be any additional cost for this service. She successfully enabled the recording feature and explained how to access the recordings for future calls.
