I purchased a new Lexus RZ 300e last…

I purchased a new Lexus RZ 300e last September which I had for 6 months before it has completely broken down. My car has now been in their garage for 6 weeks without any sign of them knowing how to repair the electric car. The communication, from both Mangemnet and Service teams, has been minimal with Lexus team only answering my calls and not being pro active. We are now at a stalemate mate and there is no resolution in sight as they will not replace or refund on a car I am still paying for. To add insult to injury I have not been offered a Lexus courtesy car but instead an inappropriate hire car.i would never consider buying a Lexus again.

Probably the best Lexus dealership around London area

I was undecided over which model to choose - NX, UX or LBX.

Spoke with Vicki over the phone and arranged to visit the showroom for test drives.

Prior to my visit communications with Vicki were clear and simple.

Once at the showroom Vicki took time to explain the different characteristics of each model. We did a couple of test drives during which I never felt rushed or pressured.

Vicki was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with - exactly what I’d expect from Lexus!

Diane on reception ready to make me a cappucino while I wait, car fella happy to pick/drop me from the tube, Peter willing to come to my local to swap V5s when we got in a muddle, Louis for listening to my bizarre stories, the recovery service tested within days of my new part xd CT200h. The car itself, yes great love it. dont regret downsizing. Dont go German cars and the arrogant staff. Come to a family at Lexus woodford. You will never go back

I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We've just collected our new Lexus ES300H from Lexus Woodford and cannot praise them enough. This is our fifth Lexus and we wouldn't go anywhere else. A special mention has to go to Erol who managed everything from start to finish with the utmost professionalism, but with the personal touch to make the process as simple as possible. This is our second car through Erol and I would love to say we look forward to seeing him again, but he is retiring now. It was an honour and a privilege to be one of his last customers. He will be a great loss to Lexus, but we wish him all the best.
Everyone at Lexus Woodford is friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble.
I hope to continue dealing with them in the future.

Quality service.

I have been a loyal customer of Lexus Woodford for over 15 years.
I wanted a used lexus and approached Woodford branch as they had a good UX with them and I was given a decent price for the vehicle.
Vicky was very helpful and guided me in the buying process.

I will definitely recommend lexus and the Woodford branch to anyone.

Complaint.
I will be sending this to Motobility.
This issue took place on the 8th of July 2025.
On the 6th of June Motobility booked an appointment for me for the 8th of July to have my car picked up and taken back to Lexus Woodford due to battery concerns, on the 7 July Lexus Woodford phonedand asked if the car was driveable and I told them no the battery was flat but I will call out the RAC and sort the car out for them (Lexus) to pick up in the morning, I called the RAC at 11pm and they got to me at 3am, Daniel, the mechanic, got the car started within minutes and told me to now run the car for an hour to charge the battery, I drove the car for over an hour covering 29 miles. Then sat outside my house for a further 15 minutes with the engine running. Around 4:45am I went into my house and came back to the car at 8am (Lexus told me they open at eight) to make sure the car would start and it did. Waiting for the 8 July appointment actually cost me over £300 in Motobility payments so I was looking forward to being mobile again.
At 10 am Lexus phoned me and asked if the car was ready to be picked up and I replied yes, he then said he would send a driver to pick it up and that I should put a permit on their car. I told him I don’t have permits and it’s the first I knew about it, he told me that I would have been told about the permit when I made the appointment but I told him I didn’t make the appointment Kylie from motobility did, he was quite rude and said well if our car gets a ticket you’ll have to pay the fine. The thing is my understanding was that they would take the car and bring it back the next day, if that’s the case a permit would only be for one day so the second day their car would have to be moved before 8 am or it would get a ticket and their drivers don’t start work in Woodford until 8 am so it would have been a certain fine anyway. I asked him why he wasn’t sending two drivers down (that’s always been standard practice) one to drive their car back and one to drive mine and he told me he only had one driver available, he was putting his problem of not having enough staff on to me even though he’d had a month to prepare for this appointment. I told him the problem was his to deal with and that I’d done everything I was told to do the day before so he can pick the car up or not. My stress levels were through the roof when I eventually put the phone down.
Common sense on this man’s part might have suggested getting an uber down to my house because he was short on staff, £15/£20 seems a small price to pay for customer satisfaction instead he tried to lay his problem of a staff shortage at my front door and didn’t pick the car up at all leaving me literally stranded with an unreliable and unsafe car, I’ve still not heard from them and I’m still losing money. I don’t know his name but he was rude and obnoxious with a bad attitude that came across as "I really don’t care" never been spoken to like that before and hope he’s not the Motobility representative at Lexus. Sadly every thing they did was always at the eleventh hour. Lexus of Woodford record their phone calls with their customers and I believe the two calls made to me by this man should be listened to as part of my complaint.
