I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience purchasing sunglasses from L.G.R store in Venice. While the design is stylish and I love it, the nose pads leave deep marks that only became apparent after wearing them for an extended period—something that cannot be properly tested by simply trying them on in-store.
To make matters worse, the company refused to issue a refund simply because my purchase was made in-store, despite their online store having a more flexible return policy. The website does not clearly differentiate between the two policies, leaving customers in an unfair situation.
A true luxury brand should prioritize customer satisfaction and quality, but this experience has been anything but that. I expected better transparency and service from a brand of this reputation.

Excellent communication and fast…

Excellent communication and fast delivery.

I have ordered Reunion Rim from the website as it was difficult to find in the stores I have looked in - Monaco Yacht Club and Metropole Monaco as well Cap3000 Nice.
I like the design and the quality of the product but unfortunately the glasses are too small for my head, or my head is too big for the glasses. I had to therefore send it back.

Amazing service from a happy customer in Japan!

The LGR Suez had a small mark in the frame so I contacted customer service and their response was amazing. They very quickly offered a full replacement and shipped a new frame to me within 1 day. I did not expect such a response. Good for you LGR! Thank you so much!

Truly Exquisite!

I’ve always sought a frame that blends timeless elegance with contemporary flair, and the LGR Raffaello 2 is the very embodiment of that vision.

Admittedly, I was hesitant at first—the website experience didn’t quite match the premium nature of the products, which made me a little skeptical about the purchase. But the moment I received the frame, all my doubts vanished. It exceeded every expectation and stands as the finest frame I’ve ever owned.

I’ll certainly be returning for more in the near future.

The Best Sunglasses monay can buy!

Since I bought my first pair of LGR sunglasses in 2022 in Athens I became really addicted ! I buy few pairs in a year and also for my wife, son and his wife and my brother-in-law ..just most of family. We love LGR sunglasses! Thats because of unique design of frames, wide choice of lenses which are supreme quality and in a widest color range. Lenses are excellent , gives sharpeness,contrast and clear vision and you can choose between different kinds lik HD, polarizet or photochromic.. You feel quality when take it in hands . Thats ALL I LIKE :)
