I don't only love their original designs, I love their exceptional customer service! I recently had my stained sunglasses fixed by them, and I couldn't be more impressed. Not only did they return my sunglasses looking like new, but they also did it at no cost to me. It's even more impressive because although I shopped at their Milan store, I live in Miami, but that was no roadblock, they helped me get them across the world! A special shoutout to Martina, the Customer Success Rep, whose kindness and assistance made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. I received the Suez sunglasses from LGR recently and they are by far the best glasses that I have ever owned. The quality of craftsmanship and design is outstanding, this boutique company nestled in Rome evokes a sense of old world charm that is hard to find these days. As a person who has always had a fascination with Lawrence of Arabia type of adventurers, the rich history and connotations behind the brand is undeniably alluring. Whilst I understand that LGR are somewhat of an exclusive boutique, for those who know, it does not get better than this. Grazie!
