They are 3rd party not direct moving company. I was told my move (185) miles would happen on one day! It didn’t. Beware of them….wouldn’t respond to emails, etc.

Company came through in record time to help me with my move. Obviously a very stressful time and they made it a lot easier.

Honest and upfront with business. Great customer service with prompt response. Felt confident having them handle my personal belongings, and I was not disappointed. From the first item to the last item moved - was done with care. It’s hard to get good service now a days- I highly recommend Long Haul.
