I followed it all to a tee and i def was healthy, exercising every day and eating so healthily it was insane. I had bought this product to help me past this plateau that despite being so fit and healthy my body wasnt reacting. I didnt change a thing, was still healthy to a fault and i still didn't lose a single pound. Apart from the 110 pounds i gave them.

I wrote to them asking for the full refund as it had not worked and this es their repmy....blaming me for not being healthy and inly 14 days to claim a refund?! But the website says to take it for 30 days!!!

so far, so good. delivery was fast but i have big issues swallowing the capsules and i can not open them to pour it in water or so. customer service does not want to refund me so only 3 stars from me!
