LIBA Weight Loss 

I have tried many products over the years and this one is the best I could find. I have always bought it for two purposes: 1) To lose weight by replacing one meal a day with daily exercise (one hour). You can lose a dress size in 3-4 weeks. or 2) To stop my late night cravings to maintain a healthy weight. I get bored in the late evening and snack on all sorts of things, a capsule stops that.

If you have trouble losing weight, it's worth a try. Don't expect miracles. You need to stay motivated and exercise every day in some way, for example a nice walk. Monitoring your steps to a target of 10,000 per day is also a good motivator.
