i am as new customer. i can only rate my experience with my sales rep. He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and answered all my questions. if the service end of this company is as good, i will have no problems.

Never got a request for VIN Thur the mail. Should have got paperwork in the mail.

It was a great experience when it comes to the purchase now I hope the rest of process works them same.

Was very fast at return my phone calls and sending an estimate. Good customer service so far.

I have only recently purchased my auto protection program and have not needed to file any claims. The representative was very helpful in providing information as to select the best plan for me. I was also given a $0 deductible for payment in full. I hope that if the need to file claims arizies that Liberty Bell Auto is there for me without any issues or delay. Currently l have the peace of mind knowing l am covered for any repairs on my investment and needed transportation.

This warranty company is fraudulent. They basically took my money and ran. I have submitted two claims for covered parts under my warranty and they denied the claims as wear and tear. My representative at the repair shop told them my alternator was failing and they denied the claim. You shouldn’t represent a company as being trustworthy when there not. I saw nothing but negative reviews about them on social media with people having the same issues as myself. I’m contacting consumer affairs and their local new station investigators to bring these crooks to light so they can stop stealing money from people.

Purchased a warranty policy for my BMW M3. I got the Platinum Prime tier. The coverage clearly states that it would cover suspension components such as tie rods, control arms, etc as well as valve cover (not the gasket). I took my car into service. The mechanic noted that the tie rods and control arms were damaged and car was not able to align correctly. He also noted that the valve cover was damaged / warped. Libery Bell DID NOT HONOR THE CONTRACT. They will make up any excuse not to cover your car. 18 months into the warranty (out of 60) I requested a refund. They only returned 59% of it. I'm still fighting for the rest of it.

I have to tell you something... Being a minister who believes in truth, it really pains me to see the one star reviews for Liberty Bell, when this company is rated one of the best and deserves more than that! ESPECIALLY when some think this company is set up to scam. Farthest from the truth in our experience and that is all we can speak from, our experience!

I feel if you're looking for an extended warranty company, you have come to the right place. "LIBERTY BELL!" AND for the record - I AM A REAL CUSTOMER, not some paid bot, or keyboard warrior that writes positive reviews for sport. (Feel free to contact me directly if you have doubts.) We have been very happy customers for over a year and a half now. But here is our experience (and two cents) with this company...

Before I share our experience and why we are ga ga for Liberty Bell... If you have an older car like us, anything can happen. It's scary buying a used car, or owning a car that has become a senior! So why gamble and not get an extended warranty when it could cost you thousands to fix. All I know, had we had Liberty Bell in our corner, when our first 2006 Cayenne S died on us from an extensive oil leak that went under the drivers seat, we may still have this car today. It should have gone well over 250K miles. We were the original owners and we loved and babied that car and I cried when it was towed off. It only had 135K miles on it. I never thought I would see another Titanium Package like this one again.

I remembered seeing the commercials from another major extended warranty company after the fact (I don't need to name names) wishing I had known of them prior. So it was a no-brainer that an extended warranty was definitely something we needed with our second Porsche, and we were NOT going to make the same mistake twice. Unfortunately, shortly after contacting this other company, we felt as if we were being sought after like a piece of meat, the phone ringing off the hook from what felt like a 'televised car stalker of extended warranties,' breathing down our necks, feeling this other company would say anything and everything to get our business. I am not sure how we stumbled across LIBERTY BELL, but we were sure happy we did and have been ever since. I don't say this about the other company to be disrespectful. I think it's important to note the difference in companies and what led us to buy from Liberty Bell. Liberty Bell NEVER made us feel like our skin was crawling every time the phone rang, and Frank, our sales person, was stellar and respectful in every way. Look - I believe when there is a company that takes care of it's customers, you take care of that company. It's a two way street and that is why I am writing this review. Since owning our second (used) 2006 Cayenne S, we have had two issues come up in the short time owning her and thank God for my sales guy Frank and his team who pulled through for us and put us at ease. BOTH TIMES! These two fixes were not cheap. But Frank is the bomb and for many reasons. He just doesn't sell you a contract and send you on your way. He cares about you and takes the time to build a relationship with you which is the key to good service. The second time around, Joe and Jason got involved on a recent issue we had with our Porsche and they were not only professional, but went above and beyond the call of service and took care of us and my sweet Cayenne S we call "Chocolate."

Thank you guys - "Frank," Joe and Jason for being there for us. You have made all the difference in the world when it comes to our second Cayenne S.

They are fast in taking your money , but when it comes to fulfill your claims you will wait.....they will treat you like a dog, running after them.
and they will do everything not to fulfill their part.
I am waiting more then a week for their respond while my car still in the shop.
Ill make sure to advertise it farther !!! this is a real review from customer that been scammed by Liberty Bell .

Liberty Bell has the best warranty for used cars. We have 2 warranty plans from them in our household. Excellent prices and comprehensive coverage, especially for used German cars. They have covered few claims within the last three years. The latest claim was covered last month in my X3 for some engine trouble.

Liberty Bell is very trustworthy and transparent to its customers. They will tell you the covered components and Excluded parts of the car at the beginning of the contract. I have their warranty for the last nine months and am very happy with their professionalism and claim process.

They have best coverage plans and special discounts for veterans. My agent Jeff Lewis got me the best deal with zero deductible. I will recommend this warranty company for everyone.

I got their warranty plan during president s'
day sales event. 5 years of extended warranty coverage cost me roughly $2500. I am very satisfied with their customer service and sign up process. Thank you liberty bell.

4-6.21 update
They approved our repair cost today. Had to submit few docs. But I am happy that our extended warranty is saving me money on car repairs.

I used their emergency roadside assistance and rent a car service recently when my car was in the dealership for some repair work. Both of these services are included in my auto warranty plan with Liberty. They covered the cost.

I was placed on hold for over an hour. No one answered. I left a message yesterday and no one has called me back. Customer service is horrible.

I decided to take out an extended warranty through Liberty Auto for a piece of mind on my vehicle. They offer competitive rates and excellent customer service. Thank you Liberty Auto!

Liberty covered my repair claim last week. There was a slight delay processing my claim due to previous service record request from them. They approved the claim once I emailed them the requested paperwork. Overall I am happy with their warranty service.
