TERRIBLE customer service. Have been trying to contact them because I need to change my delivery address and not only have they not replied to multiple emails and/or through live chat, but have also shipped it to the wrong address (that I was trying to rectify). I have no idea how I’m gonna get it now.

They are like one way traffic. Once you buy their product there is no turning back. Don’t buy their items guys. I bought a stroller and was not suitable for my little one. Tried to contact them but couldn’t get through. Could not return and it’s just sitting in my garage now. Complete waste of money.
