Easy to purchase super quick. However I had trouble to download the link. I asked the online chat for help and they immediately helped me with easy steps to follow. Great service.

Holy hell. I can't begin to describe the agony that dealing with this company was. After ordering 6 license keys for MS Office on the store page, we realized that (despite the fact that it does not say so anywhere on the store page) the keys purchased were for Windows only - a separate product page is used for the Mac edition. I contacted them for the exchange and was hung up on. They ignored my subsequent call backs. I contacted them through email and didn't hear back til the following week, when they offered a voucher for an exchange for the (more expensive) Mac version. When I ordered them, despite the product page claiming they were in stock, they advised me (after paying) that they actually were not. I contacted their in-browser advisor who told me that she was "verifying the issue" and then disappeared for two hours. I wrote another message asking for an update and she said she was still verifying. Three more hours went by. I wrote again to ask how long "verifying" the issue was likely to take. No response. 24 hours later, I messaged again. No response. Finally, much later, the keys were available on the order page, although no one contacted me. All told it took me 13 days to receive keys for a product that the website guarantees "upon successful purchase, you will immediately receive". They even underline 'immediately' on the page.

Totally ridiculous experience.

UPDATE: Also, it turns out at least one of the keys doesn't work in the region I'm in (Canada). I contacted them about this and have yet to receive a reply.

UPDATE: Apparently, License Key has given up even trying to provide functioning versions of the products I ordered and paid for. I've requested multiple calls and sent multiple emails in the two weeks since I finally received the keys and they've elected to ignore them. Seriously, don't buy from this company. It might be cheaper than some other places, but you can generally assume with those other places that if you pay for something they'll be interested in providing it to you. License Key 24 is only interested in the first part of that exchange - the part where you give them your money. After that, they couldn't care less.

I was not able to install office 2019 purchased. Online chat was very helpful! Guided me thru the install. I found online chat very prompt and helpful! Much better than emails or request for call to support.

I had an issue with a copy of Microsoft Word and contacted the company for assistance. The lady who assisted me was very patient and helpful and the problem was resolved. It took a while but we fixed it.

4.5 on 5 what a joke... got bots !!!!! This is a scam people. Try and get a refund.... I asked for a refund the day after and the jerked me around and finally never answered my emails.

I couldn't get Office 2016 to download, despite several attempts. I contacted Licensekey24 . Emma was able to help me get it set up . I was worried that I might not hear from them once I contacted them about my issue. However Emma responded quickly and worked with me to get the issue resolved. They were true to their word and made sure everything was to my satisfaction with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Licensekey24. Emma was amazing and very knowledgeable.

This is the worst company ever. Just scammed me out of $49.00 for a microsoft product they didn't deliver. Sent me a key that didnt work and after a week of back and forth they finally sent me a new key. Guess what that didn't work either. I have demanded my money back to no avail and now they want remote access to my computer. Not likely !!! Buyer Beware ....

Very fast and efficient service. A minor glitch when entering the License Key but was quickly straightened out by their online Chat service. Overall a very good service.

I was is such a rush and purchased the wrong Office Word. I used the chat support to see if my mistake can be fixed and it was. Ashely send me a voucher for my right Office and she helped me until the end when my new Microsoft Office for Mac was installed. It works perfect. They have the best customer service ever. Ashley's patience was unlimited and her help was great. thank you so much for everything.
