Ran into issues installing Microsoft Office (problem on my end not the program). Their support team went above and beyond in assisting me. Have never dealt with a better team! 👍👍

License Tom is a very professional outfit.Not only they are on time (responding on time to all my follow up questions), they are also customer friendly and accommodated a mix up I had in my order. Highly recommended.

They send the wrong products and ask for reviews before sending the correct product. It was fast and cheap, but not honest. Also, this was not unprompted. It is REQUIRED if you want the correct product you ordered. It's a bait & switch. Also, the one for MacBook is more than likely not a genuine Microsoft Product since the key is preinstalled and you never see it, only the program. That should be a huge RED FLAG. Time will tell. For sure, though, the company is very dishonest. The order clearly said "Office for Mac," but they gave me a Windows version and are requiring positive feedback or more money before releasing the product I purchased.

BEWARE ALSO, THE KEY THEY GAVE ME FOR THE WINDOW WAS NOT GENUINE. I TRIED IT FIRST BEFORE I REALIZED IT WAS NOT FOR MAC, AND I CALLED MICROSOFT, AND THEY SAID IT IS NOT A MICROSOFT KEY!"

I bought a Microsoft office 2021 last year and installed it in my PC. That device was lost in the house fire. I reached out to License Tom and they offered to give me another product for MS Office 2019. I am very satisfied because they did not have to do that. This is a nice company. Purchased and recently installed Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus. I followed the uninstall and install directions, and everything worked great. The applications work well so far.

After some confusion around selecting the correct download version for my computer License Tom was quick to respond to my email and offered to solve the problem.

I had been using Office 2000 for decades. I didn't want to pay the exorbitant price MS wants for the new Office. So this past Dec I finally decided it was time to upgrade, but didn't want to get in an expensive monthly subscription with MS. Searched around and found License Tom and purchased Office '24. The price was great and the purchase was easy. The set up process had a few hurdles but David from the support team was quick to respond with detailed instructions which did the trick!

Now i need to restore my PC due to some booting issues and David was very helpful to me in that restore process to reinstall Office '24. I highly recommend.

From the beginning I did not have any issue with the product or the support from License Tom. But then today I attempted to use my product and I hit a roadblock. License Tom was very quick to respond and assist to resolve the issue. I give 5 stars and 2 HUGE THUMBS UP.

I purchased MS Office professional pro licence through Groupon at a huge discount. I really couldn't believe the price and was surprised to find how easy it was to download the software. I really can't stress enough that is a complete bargain! Would Highly recommend.

i made my pur hase, everything was smooth.. i did have an issue during the install and brought it to the attention of the support team whom reacted immediately to all questions and got me running in no time
recently i had a different issue regarding my purchased product and again the support team was working with me to solve this issue.. after a few screenshots the support team resolved the issue immediately and continued to contact me making sure that everything was fine..
They ALWAYS say to contact them with ANY ISSUE and they are true to their word..
