I have been back and forth with them via emails since 3 weeks ago regarding my refund. Firstly, they have advertised items that were not available!!! They emailed me 3 weeks ago saying that the items were not available so I requested my refund. Since then they have said they will issue a refund even going to the extent saying it had been processed to now suggesting they’re not able to issue a refund due to technical issues!!! They are instead offering 15% discount on future purchases, which of course I am not accepting!! They have taken my money, not sent the clothing item's I have paid for and are refusing to issue a refund now!!

I don't know how long you can wait for…

I don't know how long you can wait for a package these days. I placed an order on April 3rd, it's April 17th now, and I have no information about my purchase. Seriously - unacceptable! Other companies have no problem with shipping within 4 days... Tracking doesn't work, customer service just repeats what I've already read in the comments, saying the order is "on the way" without providing any details 😂

PS The instructions to write on WhatsApp are absurd, this is not how you treat a customer, so please don't ask for that. Either give me the order or refund my money.

Item Never Received

Order #1453017

An order for 2 dresses was placed on February 26th. After waiting 45 days for the status of the second dress to be updated from the (as of this morning) "preparing" status, I emailed lichi to seek assistance.

I was told that the missing dress, "Maxi Dress with Loose Cape," has been out of stock despite it currently being sold on their website and advertised across social media. They stated they initiated the return last week despite no return being made and provided no proof of their initiation of a return.

Exacerbating the unprofessionalism of the issue is the @lichiarabia account deleting a comment on the post advertising this dress for purchase on their website when I acknowledged that I am currently being told it is out of stock.

problem with the refund

I had a problem with the refund. They received my return package on march 19th and I waited for the refund till april 12th… When I ordered the dress I was texting Lichi on whatsapp and they replied really fast but when I first asked about my refund they ghosted me 😂 I had to write many e-mails just to get my money back… At first they told me to wait 8-10 days for the refund, then another 3-5 days and another… The dress itself didn’t fit me well, it was weirdly made, but the material was good (that’s why I give them 2 stars). I waited a long for the package (like other people in the comments) but Lichi informed about this in advance. I will never order from Lichi again.

"Quick" shipping order

I ordered things a month ago, no response about shipping. After that I wrote an email to support and got a reply that they apologize and are already sending me the order, another week passed and out of 5 ordered products I got only one. I wonder where the other clothes went.
How can I comment on this ? Never again, just hoping for a quick money refund.

Almost perfect

I am residing in the UK and the order took less than 14 days to reach me once ordered as per their policy.

Not going to lie i was really skeptical about the website after reading the reviews. The good reviews were also given by people with only just 1 review. Despite all that, i still received my order. My only comment is that, i bought 3 items and the jacket was missing the spare button which should come with the jacket since it gave me an empty pouch meant for the spare button. Quality is splendid so it aligns with what i paid for regardless. Customer service replied me fast too both on Whatsapp and email. So kudos for that. I might return again.

I have never had such a horrible experience with a company, I strongly advise to choose a different shopping site unless you have time and money to waste. I have made a purchase on the 11th of December, I have received a confirmation e-mail and information that I will receive a tracking notification as soon as the parcel is transferred to a delivery service. I understand it's a busy month but I did not receive the tracking notification, so I contacted the company again on the 21st of December, they confirmed that the order has not been shipped and that it is currently in transit towards a shipping point. I have not received a notification (no, it was not in the spam folder) because the parcel has still not been sent out (after 3 weeks of waiting), so I requested a refund on the 31st of December. I even had problems with the refund, I had to contact them again because on the 16th of January I still had not received my refund and I was informed that the company had technical difficulties. Fortunately, after a long wait I did receive the refund, after 3 weeks of requesting one. Overall, I am appalled by this experience, the items are moderately priced, therefore I had my hopes up. However, the fact that my order was never sent out and I had to contact the company first every single time that something went wrong on their end proves that this company is a complete scam and I would avoid it all costs. I wish I read the truthful reviews beforehand. The company never offered any compensation, not even a discount, I am just lucky that I managed to receive a refund after over a month long wait.

Go To For Clothing!

I have been shopping with this brand since 2020 and I can safely say it has become my favourite place to find wardrobe staples! It can be a little on the pricier side at times but the high quality and articulate designs make it worthwhile. As I've done all my shopping online, at times the sizing can be tricky but aside from this I am not understanding all the negative reviews surrounding this brand!
