I ordered from here 3 months ago, the product(#4657) was never sent, never got any response from their email/social media, their website has closed.

Update 08-oct: 2 months after ordering i reveived a track & trace for my order. Better late than never.

I used to order here before and usually after long delivery times (2-3) weeks I'd receive the product. But now it seems they are no longer shipping at all order #4620. DO NOT ORDER HERE ANYMORE.

i bought the proteins last year was very good and completely satisfied, the second time this year, they do not taste the same, solubility in water reduced, no light protection package
i suggest to buy a package if everything ok, then more.

I've bought massive 20 kg "WPI" from this shop.
But what I've got 20 kg of "MPC", which as I know much cheaper than "WPI" even "WPC".

First respond from Seller:
It is just wrong label with correct product.

I've sent to manufacture with LOT No. of product, who made the 20 kg sack of "MPC", cause I wanted be sure.

Answer from manufacture:
The sack isn't "WPI", but "MPC". At the moment they aren't producing "WPI".

I've forwarded this response to L4P.
And the owner has responded that he didn't really know about that. Because L4P has a supplier and the supplier makes their products for them.

I should report them to police at the time, but I've gave my belief to them and just let them refund to me.

Finally I've got my money today July 9th. 2024.
This entire process took more than a month and my time and work force.

They are unprofessional for everything and worst customer service.

I've placed my order 5 weeks ago and it still has not been shipped, Life4protein is apparently experiencing issues with their delivery services.

Thankfully they were really communicative about it, but I still don't know when I will receive my products. I will still wait 2 more weeks and then ask for a refund

0 Stars! Don't get fooled by cheap price! 7kg of isolate ordered 10 days ago (address in Holland). It supposed to be delivered next day. Not received within week so I contacted seller on 3 occasions both email and WhatsApp, later tried to call several times witn no success. Filled fraud case wih my bank, but chance to receive my 100€ is weak. Be careful, positive reviews probably fake! SCAM!

I am really very satisfied with the retailer and its products. The dealer was very friendly answered my questions both by e-mail and whatsapp the delivery was prompt and punctual I can only recommend this dealer not only to athletes.

Price performance is great.

I had placed an incorrect order and asked for cancellation immediately after placing the order. It wasn't until four days later that I received an email saying that it was not possible to cancel the order. Now I had to pay double postage because I had to place the correct order in the meantime.
Very annoying and extremely poor customer service!

My order has not been shipped for 15 days now. The shop doesn't even respond to my email or phone, nothing. Seems to be a big scam, I'm about to take legal action in the next days. DON'T ORDER AT THIS SHOP.

When you care more about the quality you get instead of the design it comes with then you'll be absolutely happy with these products. No fancy and expensive marketing JUST GREAT PRODUCTS.

I ordered Protein from here. It took some time when I got my package because there was some Problem with my Address. The support answered relatively fast and we tried to fix it.

It took some time till the Package itself arrived (that’s why only 4 stars) but otherwise everything was good.

The package came damaged and was new packaged from DHL.

The protein itself is completely ok. It’s good to use and seems good. The taste (chocolate) is ok but doesn’t taste so much like chocolate as expected

All In all 4 stars and I will order there again 👍🏻

Good quality and prices

It takes some time maybe to get the Package 📦.

First we had some issues with the sending.

The support was friendly and tried to resolve their problem.

I took two weeks till I got my package.
But otherwise I’m happy with the Product
