Terrible service. They refused to cancel my order, shipped it anyway, and their email replies were rude and arrogant. No respect for customers – avoid this company at all costs.Instead of professional customer service, I received arrogance and blame. This is not how customers should be treated.
Verschrikkelijke service. Ze weigerden mijn bestelling te annuleren, stuurden het toch op en hun e-mails waren onbeleefd en arrogant. Geen respect voor klanten – vermijd dit bedrijf ten koste van alles.

Some customers blame the supplier for everything. Talking about arrogance. This customer ordered in the weekend and the order was shipped earlly monday morning. Than this customer told us that he ordered a lamp for a device he did not have and asked for return procedure. We gave him the return address with the message that refund would follow after having received the parcel. Customer however decided to refuse the parcel on delivery and therefore it was sent back to our fulfilment centre where processing returns takes more time. Ordering an item you obviously do not need. Ignore very clear return instructions and than blame the supplier/webshop. No further comments.
