Great customer service! I purchased my life ionizer 9200 several years ago. Other than the filters needing to be changed regularly, I absolutely love my machine! Crisp, clean water that tastes delicious and hydrates quickly!

Unit is nice looking, seems to work well. Filters seem quite expensive. Would ease the expense pain if shipping was free.

I have been using an Enagic/Kangen machine for over 10yrs (it finally blew up) and after careful study and review I purchased the Life Ionizer machine. My overall experience from day 1 is phenomenal with customer service. James and Ricardo) answered all my questions and concerns for making the switch. The machine is designed so much better and easy to use. No chemical additives and 15 plates is what sold me. Besides also the taste of the water. Easy to set up and the versatility of either over or under counter (at any time) is good. Price comparison is also a big factor. Receiving a customer service call from Ricardo to check on my liking of the machine was a big surprise and he had additional good tips for collecting the highest level acid water after a few questions.
Hands down...a better, updated machine with cost savings. And much more reasonable filter costs. And the Lifetime Warranty...a big winner. LIFE IONIZER is my NEW and HIGHLY RECCOMENDED machine! No regrets.

We bought our life ionizer about 18 months ago. Up until the point we got it my family was going through about 13 Five-Gallon jugs of purified water every month.

The life filtration system has been really terrific. We use it for drinking, for cleaning fetus and vegetables and it has been worth every penny.

I purchased an MXL-15 under the counter water ionizer and a full home water filtration system from Life Ionizers last year. These systems are fantastic. I live in Texas with hard water and before I bought these products, the faucet water in my upstairs bathroom would sometimes smell like bleach and was gritty, especially when the Dallas area started getting a lot more residents coming in from other states and more heavily populated than was anticipated. Now, the water in my house has never tasted better. I will be a lifelong customer. Their customer service is as good as it gets. They are incredibly responsive and helpful. They answer the phone and know what they’re talking about. If you leave a message, they call back promptly. I have no regrets except for not getting these systems sooner. It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my house.

Mary was the best help. She was fast and knowledgeable. Took a frustrated man and helped him laugh and was very funny and great to work with. My MXL-13 works perfectly after I did a bad job of changing the filters. She got me straightened out. Remember to face the numbers away from the machine. Thanks Mary.

I've had the M7 first generation ionizer, for health issues, since 2013. The water tastes great, the company is responsive and easy to work with and filters are reasonably priced. I even use the water for fresh flowers! I have had only 2 repairs in 10 years and do have a lifetime warranty. I believe Lifeionizer to be the best on the market!

I am a repeat customer for Life Ionizers. I bought my first one for my 90 year old mother and she lived to 99 and 3 months. Years later, my wife and I both enjoy the health benefits of the alkaline water (from our model MX-15) which is more readily absorbed by the body, and which fights free radicals after absorption. We don't need to buy laundry soap because the 11.0+ph water from our Life Ionizer cleans laundry as well as the filler-filled soaps (which leave residue in clothes and in the air). We've noticed too that our house is more dust-free since switching to ionized water...who'd have thought? The pure water that comes from the ionizer's middle setting yields a nicer taste to coffee and tea. Josh, Anthony, Casey, and Cammie have provided great customer service for their products and been very helpful in our decision-making process. We highly recommend Life Ionizer for your health and alkaline water needs.

Love this unit. We use it in our coffee everyday. It makes crystal clear craft ice for cocktails. The LIFE MXL-9 fits perfectly under the sink and out of the way. Going on my 3rd year of ownership and no issues.

Life Water has been a very good experience for me and my family . It was an investment I do not regret , the water taste amazing saves cooking time when needing to boil water it boils so fast because it’s so pure . The filter replacement is a lot less expensive than buying bottled water not to mention all that bottled water is loaded with micro plastics and horrible chemicals ! Very satisfied, customer 🥰

Purchased my MXL7 a few years ago. It’s still as Brand New as it was the day I got it. The filters are very reasonable to replace you save so much money by doing it this way, then purchasing water at the store. The water tastes amazing it truly does, and when you use it to boil while you’re cooking, it boils much faster than sink water. Customer service is always ready to help assist with anything! No regrets spending my money with this company , the machine is easy to use. My children have no problems either great tasting and affordable ! Change your water, change your life more energy for sure it really does make a difference if you were looking for a sign to buy this is your sign !! 🥰

Knowing that my drinking is not only filtered to perfection but given the added bump on being above 7.0 PH which is akaline (of which I have heard great thing) is really reassuring

After doing my research, I finally decided on the ‘Life Ionizer’ MXL 15 water machine to supplement my family’s health and well being. I've had my Life Ionizer M11 for over 8 years now. I love the machine and love "on demand" water. It is easy to maintain the machine with the citric acid cartridges throughout the year to keep the machine clean. The external and internal filters are wonderful in creating clean purified alkaline water. This is so much better than drinking water from harmful plastic bottles and saves our environment from all the excess waste of plastic bottles.

Love the taste of the water and the whole family feels great!
