Enjoyed building it; looks great!
Really enjoyed the process of building the cubby, hoping that my daughter will enjoy playing in it just as much!
The instructions were clear, loved how the parts were identified by part number and step.
A couple of minor issues - roof panels mislabelled (in additions to the ones corrected in the instructions) but easily picked up; roof has knot holes so a little leaky in the rain (will be easily fixed); window hinge screws too flimsy & pulled out, replaced with bigger screws from supplied spare parts & all fine.
Have already added a disco ball, & selecting paint colours & have had a request to add a swing. An added bonus is the discovery that the slide can be easily adapted to connect a hose - making it a waterslide!

Our delivery was a disgrace
Our delivery was a disgrace. We received one box and three weeks later had still not received the other box. Lifespan blamed the delivery company saying a lack of staff were to blame for not finding the other box, not acceptable to me. When they finally agreed to resend the second box it went to the wrong address 400kms away. While the product is great the customer service requires a vast improvement!

Thank you for the feedback and we're sorry to hear about this experience. On our end, we have been prompt with posting this order a day after we receive the payment. As we are only a medium sized company, we do not have an inhouse shipping service that can fulfill our delivery demands. We have to rely on third party companies to get this service done. These companies offer the best delivery service amongst all the courier companies we have been in contract with after being in this industry for quite some time. As it is a third party courier, we hold no access on the ins and outs of how they transport and carry our items. The most that we can do is to chase it up and escalate it with their management so as not to prolong the wait times. Since we do not have access to their portals, we can only rely on the information they will pass on to us with regards to delivery dates and the whereabouts of the freight.
We can see that our team assisted you with the chase up and had a replacement sent out. Management also approved full postage refund due to troubles brought by this poor handling and delivery.
Please accept our sincerest apologies on this.
White cubby house
We brought the white cubby house. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed With the coverage of the paint as it is a dodge job. We have a few chips in the wood but nothing over the top.
Other then that my son absolutely loves his cubby house and has been in and out of it every single minute of the day

Really really good product
Really really good product. We purchased the zip lining kit and it is an excellent quality product. Easy to put up and feels like it'll last a lot longer than our son's interest in it. Very happy.

The trampoline was a great success
The trampoline was a great success. Unfortunately the surrounding safety pad doesn't have "cut outs" for the poles, like it does for the ladder, therefore it doesn't sit properly & water accumulates when it rains & it also doesn't look finished. There is opportunity to improve accessibility for use of the ladder ie making the ladder runs wider so it's not so difficult for little feet

Absolute trash product - DO NOT BUY
Absolute trash product. 2 weeks outside in QLD weather and covered in Mould already.
Lifespans response 'sand it back and treat it'.

With mould issues, they can be related with the weather. Such as how it was stored before it was built or if your area has experienced flooding or large amounts of rain. We know QLD had bad weather from the cyclone that occurred and wondering if that may have been a factor.
Mould needs moisture and humidity to grow and QLD is a tropical climate. Excessive moisture and humidity can increase possibility of mould growth. It is always recommended to treat it as soon as it appears.
