Never had a gift card as a present where I have to input info online I have 20.00 credit and no idea how I'm meant to spend it. Presents should be trouble free and not a hassle. Feel like i should be owed another fiver for doing someone else's job.

Lots of choices but a bit tricky to set up and redeem
It's a bit tricky to set up a gift if you aren't very techy minded and redeeming the card isn't easy. I requested help & just got sent another copy of the original instructions. I persisted though & when I managed to speak to a human she was very helpful. There's lots of shops listed & it's good to have choices. I dread getting vouchers as we don't live near any shopping centres so they normally just run out. Customer services managed to find a small M&S about 24 miles round trip away so at least I can spend this one.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful, gift card for my sister did not arrive in her e-mail as scheduled on her birthday! Massive disappointment and upset. Still no sign of the gift card now which effectively means you have stolen my money! Have raised it with your customer support and been told a ticket has been raised but still no resolution more than 24-48 hours later! Very unhappy and I want my money back if not resolved immediately!
