Fantastic customer service. My mat was damaged in the rain at delivery and the customer service team (Rosyln in particular) was so kind. They issued me a new mat very promptly. Cannot recommend this company enough.

This mat has changed my life and completely transformed my practice. I'm fully supported with just the right amount of cushion and no slipping at all. I used to be afraid of hurting myself during an active practice but now can move confidently without fear of slipping or sliding. It's absolutely worth every penny with outstanding customer service as well.

Amazing products with a grippy softness that is unmatched anywhere (no cheap knockoffs can compare). Customer service is always a real person! Super helpful do the mats lasts a lifetime? No. Because they aren’t made of harmful chemicals that would be required for them to do so. Also, they don’t smell weird like some other natural mats. So yes, I’ll be back in a handful of years for another glorious mat! And besides, with so many awesome patterns and colors, it’ll be fun to upgrade my style as well.

I had an issue with how the courier delivered a yoga mat. As it is a present I didn’t want to gift damaged goods. Liforme customer care responded timeously to reassure me of their support. They were friendly and solicitous. Full marks

Yoga mat was incredible highly recommend. Had a missing item from my order which has now been sent out. Found the AI chat annoying which I had to go thru to speak to a human but once I was past that the customer service was very good.

Roslyn and the customer service team are so incredibly helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This is part of the reason that I would choose Liforme over and over again and recommend them to all of my students. This is a company that stands behind their product. There was a slight glitch in a mat I purchased, and when I contacted them to let them know it was researched. I was able to forward documentation, photos, receipts, and they stood behind their product. Customer support team is excellent. They always kept me in the no of what was happening and although there were supporting questions, they were always kind and respectful about it

I’ve already tried the mat as well. I went to a yoga class today, and everyone admired my mat — I told them it feels like a dream to practice on it. I’ve been doing yoga for years and have had several mats, but I’ve never had one with such fantastic material before. I’m really happy with it.

I did a lot of research on mats for my hot yoga practice. I was hesitant for a while due to the price but since it’s such a big part of my life I thought it was worth the investment.
Honestly, I am MINDBLOWN. The grip is insane, no more sliding and dealing with yoga towels. All focus is on your postures instead of trying and to get a good anchor in the ground. They absolutely deliver what’s promised. Only tiny negative is the weight of it, it’s a lot to lug around.
I’ve read that the quality may deteriorate quicker with frequent hot yoga use- but for the moment I’m a VERY happy customer!

Such a delay to have to wait for a reply for a change of colour.
I put my order in on Tuesday 28th October and changed my mind on the colour immediately.

I have been dealing with an AI chat which seemed to be able to grasp the situation more so than staff at the company!
The company says they will reply in 2 days. I received an email on the 5th November.

Liforme mats are the best ones to practice yoga. I really love the designs and the way it feels when you touch the mat. It's also a great choice for practices where you sweat a lot, because you won't slip. I have a couple of different mats from Liforme and I'll keep buying them over and over.
