Early this SUNDAY morning, from the United States, I purchased a Lifeforme mat. In my excitement I entered my incorrect email address to get an order confirmation and thereby, updates. I emailed Lifeforme asking how to correct that. Since it's the weekend I had hoped I'd hear from them some time this week. Two hours later I got a response and they corrected my email address and sent an order confirmation and updates. Amazing customer service. They say their offices are open M-F but clearly someone is checking. And that made me really happy and it's one thing I can cross off my To Do list this week.

Roslyn from the support team was very helpful all along the way and made sure I was completely happy with the product. There was extremely low friction with the entire process and they made it extremely easy . Keep up the great work!

The email's I receive are brilliant too in terms of how to practice yoga, I find them very informative and the use of clear photos and language make them quick to read and understand.

The Liforme mat may cost a little more than other mats but that's because they are not as good. The mat carrying bag is well made and makes carrying easy. The mat is amazing, feet no longer slip. No need for extra mat when on knees. Great markings to help guide your feet when doing yoga or Pilates.
