AVOID AVOID AVOID! Ordered a desk and chair, in April 23, the chair came in June and still waiting for the desk. Complained many times, they try to fob you off with a 5% then 10% then 20% discount or send back to China at your own expense. The quality is cheap Chinese made garbage. Looking into legal action

I bought two corner sinks. The parts were cheap and thin. The hinges were as advertised, but the cabinets and mirror were made of plastic, not metal. They had thin aluminum joints. The faucet was also made of thin chrome colored plastic, not metal chrome, as advertised. Thin plastic semi transparent bendy hose were supplied as a drain. The hoses were tied in knots and kinked. Silicone supplied was cheap and watery Chinese stuff. Everything had Chinese labels and was super cheaply made. I can't return because they have a 60 day return policy. My construction took longer than expected. The sink was worth it, ceramic and thick and well made. If you are making a tiny home and need lightweight and functional, this works. Just be prepared to throw away ¾ of the stuff supplied. The price is steep and you have to wait 2 months for shipping. I will replace everything except the cabinets and sink. Plastic is still a better option than fiber board or compressed crap that deforms when wet. So there is that.

If i could give a zero I would this company is a scam. The materials are cheap and not what shown on the website. Two of my items never got to me and two items i requested to return. Though they have a return policy the refused to accept my return kept saying the wouldn't provide the address for me to return and they only do credits. i opened an investigation with them and FedEx for my lost/stolen item they never worked with Fedex to rectify the issue, kept saying they are investigating, only to later say they are willing to give me 20% refund and still no items. AVOID them at all cost

If Wish did a company... Please for the love of god dont waste your money on the cheap junk this company sells. The pictures you see online and of an item that is made by someone else and these guys closely and cheaply replicate it. If it arrives faulty your expected to return it to china at your cost so if you order something weighty your screwed. The items are of very very poor quality. Dont think you found a bargin, you haven't. How they call themselves a furnishings company is a joke. Do not use

Absolutely awful quality. Ordered a desk which feels and shakes like it’s made of cardboard. Tried to return but they refused to take it back for a full refund minus shipping costs as they state in their “terms & conditions”. Waste of money and time. Clearly a bunch of crooks.

Terrible company do not buy anything from them. Tried twice to order a coffee table took weeks to arrive on both occasions recieved damaged. Tried to get a refund with no joy. Please dont use this company if you want quality goods.

I purchased a round marble coffee table, it came in after 3 months because they are based in Hong Kong. I was worried so I communicated with them and I was given tracking details which initially does not show on the parcel force but once the shipment arrives in the UK. It will be updated. I'm glad I gave them a try. My item is beautiful and got a good bargain.

Horrible service, products not conform, pictures are SCAM. Delivery terms not respected.
Stay away from this company

Wish I had found these reviews before I ordered from them - AVOID!! We ordered two products from them. One was a dining room table that arrived with a broken leg. It took forever to get here and honestly I didn't like the look of it once it arrived, aside from the fact that it was broken. While customer service was responsive, the would not allow me to return the product and would only allow for a new leg to be sent. I went on their website to read their policies and apparently they don't even technically allow returns EVEN if products arrive damaged!! Such a waste of money for China CRAP.

Second item I had ordered also took forever and similar to the dining room table, the box looked like it had been through hell and back. Poor packing on their part.

The only plus I experienced was that their customer service literally emails you back within minutes of contacting them and does try to stay communicative. Unfortunately the overall policies of this company scream SCAM...and I didn't realize I was just getting crap from China when I ordered from here.

Please SAVE YOUR MONEY and stay away!

Absolute garbage of a company, don’t get fooled by the slick website and fancy product pictures. You will receive second hand items, very poor quality and you’ll have to send them back to CHINA if you even have a remote chance for a refund. Avoid them at all costs.

Worst furniture ever. It is cheap cheap quality. Not usable and they will not refund you. So you pay for something you will trash.

I would caution anyone trying to deal with this company, they are terrible in service and product quality.

Our bed has arrived damaged twice and they are currently trying to charge me for the transport back to China for broken product they have delivered.

Like everyone else is saying, do not use this company. Lights arrived and nothing like the pictures, cheap plastic and falling apart. Went to ask for a refund and said they don't do refunds. After lots of back and forthing they finally offered 10% refund which is obviously ridiculous considering I spent £150. I managed to get it up to 40%, otherwise the other option is to send back to China which is just as expensive and no guarantee it will ever get to the warehouse. Do not use this company, and I think you can try to wiggle up to 50%/60% discount if you keep persisting!

Oh why did I not pay attention to these reviews before I ordered :( The items have arrived very poorly packaged and damaged, and the company are refusing to give a refund. A bunch of cowboys.

This companies furniture is bad it is flimsy and doesn’t give proper instructions on how to build. Would be better off making my own than ordering from here ever again.

SCAM - Never ever buy from these people. We made the huge mistake of buying a dining table from them, table came damaged and nothing like the pictures.

They refused to refund us. We could only get our money back by filing a case with Pay Pal and Mastercard.
