Bookcase : I have ordered the bookcase and it took 4 months to come when it’s states that you’ll receive it in 10 days . When it arrived it was not even half of the product with pieces not even matching to build . They refused to give me refund or replace the product even after numerous pictures sent to them .

I placed an order online, expecting to receive it within a few weeks as originally indicated. However, I was later informed that it would take up to two months for the order to arrive. I placed the order on 23th September and requested a cancellation on 9th October due to this unreasonable delay.

They provided the tracking number, but this DPD tracking only shows that a label has been created (till 11th Oct 2024), with no further updates—clearly indicating that the order has not been dispatched yet. The customer service representative has refused to cancel the order and issue a refund. This is completely unacceptable and totally a scam.

their website blocked me due to their security provider cloudfare, which blocked my activity with google chrome browser, the website works on my phone and on safari. i sent the screenshots for liftad support and they said is my issue not their issue when the screenshots clearly stated to contact the website owner with the ID of the issue

They lost my parcel for unknown reason and they taking forever to reply and they don't want to give me the refund too. DON'T BUY FROM HERE, IS A SCAM.

If I could choose, I wouldn’t give them not even a 🌟!! I’ve ordered a coffee table at the beginning of March, over 300£, then the tables top got lost, then waited another few months for another one, then when another one finally arrived, it doesn’t seem to fit with the table frame! Im still emailing them, but they ignore my emails! Or if they replied , I have to tell my story over and over again and I’m still in the same situation!!! I’m so disappointed! Ignore this site if you can! I will never ever order anything from here!!!

I have ordered 2 lights for my living room , I have been waiting at least 7 days , I'm in two minds now , thinking should I cancel my order , because of the delay in getting my order , they sent me a message saying pricing time is 7 to ten days , then standard delivery is something like 30 days and over , so that does not include processing time , and then said thank you for your understanding , but now im real worried if my items will be broken or no good , because of the reviews. So time will tell I will update this review , I will wait a little while longer . So it has felt like at least a couple of weeks and no order I'm running out of patience and considering a refund. Grrrrrrrrr 😡

Over priced junk. Terrible item quality / the photography is extremely misleading. Do not fall for the 'sale' prices - products from this company aren't even worth a quarter of what they charge. Plus - items take months to arrive as they're all shipped from China. AVOID.

Do not trust the positive reviews. This company is working at scam level, they are crooked and will even bribe you for positive reviews here. Do NOT support this company. I’ve been dealing with an order issue with them for over a month now and they won’t even provide you with a return label if your item doesn’t meet your expectations or is BROKEN. Absolutely abhorrent behavior since they know it costs HUNDREDS more dollars than what the item is worth to return it to China from the US. So they know you won’t return it and then hold your money hostage and you are then left with a subpar item that is in disrepair. Again I can’t stress this enough, STAY AWAY, do not support and save yourself the trouble and headache.

Lifted is an awful company I placed an order on 14th July 6th September I am still waiting there is no tracking information at all and the help chat line is appalling they never get back to you over nearly 8 weeks for a delivery I will never order from this company ever again it’s a total scam do not buy from lifted you will never get your order and loose your money

After awaiting months for arrival of my coat stand (along with many emails). I am now the owner of a coat stand base. Absolutely shambolic company always promising you and never delivering. A crooked company .. do not trust or deal with them EVER!!!!

I purchased an item on the 24th july.. firstly i tried to pay with paypal and after clicking submit payment the page didn't respond. I tried again and the same happened again. I decided to pay by card and that was succesful. After checking my account i was charged 3 times. I spoke to an agent who said that that these payments are not the litfad company ???
Since then they haven't delivered the item and I am still waiting on my refund after many emails and chat sessions,when and if they answer me on that 24/7 chat ???.
This company operates at a scam level. I have contacted my bank about this payment. this company LITFAD are constantly stalling me on my refund. I hope other buyers take notice of this company. before they buy

I ordered a dressing table with chest drawers from Litfad over a month ago, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. After weeks of waiting, I reached out to inquire about the status of my order. They informed me that the item is on a ship from China and won't arrive until the end of September! This was never mentioned when I placed the order, and there's no proper tracking information provided. I need my clothes stored now, not weeks from now. To make matters worse, they've already charged me the first instalment without delivering the product.

I also ordered a shoe storage unit, and after two weeks, they told me it was out of stock and refunded me. I reordered another one, and they charged me the full amount, but I never received a confirmation email. When I inquired about its status, they referred to the previous order they refunded, completely ignoring my new purchase. Thankfully, I paid through Klarna and have proof of the transaction, but Litfad has yet to address this issue. I’m now unsure if I’ll ever receive the item or if my money is just gone.

Hands down, the worst furniture company I’ve ever dealt with. PLEASE AVOID!

I purchased a stool for my business, but when it arrived, it looked like it was meant for a child. The material looked cheap, and the soft brown color I ordered appeared more like a soft orange. It was unusable. When I contacted the company, they responded quickly but said that they do not offer refunds or returns. I'm really frustrated with the whole experience. Be cautious - the images of the product look good, but the actual product is deceiving. Also, I cannot review the product through their site, so unfortunately, others will buy the same stool and be disappointed.

Liftad are still insisting I keep this broked desk for a smaller price or get a replacement from them .what happened to statutory rights. Absolute joke .
Any body considering buying from this terrible company needs to read every review ever published.they nothing but a bunch of cowboys.
