Terrible company. Ordered a desk late June that was due for delivery last week. The item was so badly damaged that DPD would not deliver it and are sending back to liftad. I contacted Liftad for a refund as cannot afford to wait another several weeks ( nearly 4 months total ) for a replacement.
The company is refusing to acknowledge that i do not want a replacement item as waiting another 6-8 weeks is not good enough, but also keep coming back to me with the SAME email with just a difference of 5-15% discount off the replacement item.

Normally I would be happy to take a replacement item, but due to the long delivery times, this makes this option completely unviable.

I ordered a sofa bed and a coffee table,it supposed to be delivered last month,but I still waiting for it to deliver.

It is a real company with some great deals, but beware....

I ordered a small bistro table from them in early 2024 and it arrived in great shape and it was better quality than I expected, given the price, and so I gave them 5*. It was a long multi month wait though.

Then, I ordered a second table, the same, but when it arrived it was a little different, and so I was a little disappointed, but it did meet the online description. The bigger problem was that it had a small chip in the corner. Then when I then asked about the return process that's when I entered into a long back and forth with customer service. They were attentive, but bottom line, this stuff needs to go back to China and you are responsible for shipping and so it is prohibitively expensive. With that said, customer service keep increasing the discounts to get you to agree to keep the product and to keep you happy, which is good I suppose. It is not like ordering from Wayfair or Amazon though where returns are easy. Beware as what you get you will need to keep. And if it is damaged, push to get the biggest discount you can

The product arrived in bad condition. The package has been damaged. Quality is too poor. Used material is also so cheap and arrived with damages. Also, the shipment duration was 65 days. I don’t recommend it.

I recently purchased two large computer desks from Liftad.com, lured by the appealing advertisements on their website. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a classic case of “too good to be true.” After several weeks of waiting, the desks finally arrived, only to be damaged, missing parts, and nothing like what was advertised.

When I reached out to Liftad for help, they offered a measly 5% refund, which gradually increased to 20%. However, this was unacceptable given that the desks were missing all necessary fixtures and fittings, rendering them completely unusable.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this website. If you do, expect to be disappointed and out of pocket.

I placed an order for 2 dressing tables. The order was confirmed but after 3- 4wks they said one of the dressing tables was our of stock!. I chose a different one , a wk later they said this
one was out of stock, I chose another one! The first one arrived about 8 wks later which was okay. The second one which was the replacement for the original i ordered arrived nearly 4 months later...DAMAGED & NOT THE ONE I ORDERED!!
They would not refund me & arrange collection?
After lots of emails, they refunded me 60% . This was a horrible, frustrating, stressful experience.
Do not order from this company unless you want to risk losing your money & your mind!!

I ordered Modern Circle Shape Nightstand Lamp White 10" Warm Light and really love this product. Excellent service. Received the item on time and with no issues. Beautiful circular lamp that is as described and works wonderfully. Great customer service.

I loved the look of this table but it arrived damaged. Thankfully the Liftad customer services team were very helpful to ensure that I received a full refund.

I ordered a ceiling light. I was aware that it was coming from China but since I couldn't find a similar product in the UK I was willing to wait. 2 months later it arrived but the quality was good so it was worth the wait.

Liftad scammers!! They sent a product of disgusting quality!! Vanity! In scratches! Made from cheap plastic! Terrible cheap sink and faucet! My request for a refund for a scratched product was refused! Afterwards they offered 10% of the cost! So they got to 50% I demanded to return my money and take my “garbage” back. I received an offer to write a review and give “five stars” then they will return the money!! I refused!! LIFTAD scammers!!! I can provide all correspondence to anyone who wants! I lost my money!! Please do not deal with this disgusting company!!!

So frustrated with this company. I had ordered shoe rack in May with an expected delivery date of 10 July 2024. I have been following-up continuously on their chat and email for the delivery of my shoe rack. Every time, they say that your order is shipped and due to Red sea attacks, the order is delayed with no proper ETA of the product. Now (15 July), they are not even responding on the chat and on mail, they just ask to have patience. They have provided tracking number and DPD link, but after entering the tracking number and post code, it shows 'The details entered are incorrect'. In one of the emails, they said product will be delivered by July end; which I am really apprehensive.

Product sent with missing parts and no manual to show what those parts were.
Fruitless and frustrating trying to get money back or support. Never will I be so stupid as to buy from this group again.

The company has been helpful and courtesy. The products are very good quality and I would recommend them to anyone

The coffee table I ordered took 2 months to arrive. I wasn't expecting good quality but it does look very cheap. Also it didn't help that it wasn't very well packaged given that it comes from very far, it came with two chips on the top. So for the money (£30) wasn't really worth it, I wouldn't recommend it.

Initially tried to cancel order...Delivered today 28/6/24 2 months later after weekly emails to which there was no logical answer .ABSOLUTE TRASH ..NOTHING LIKE PICTURE ON THEIR SITE!!!! SICK to find myself at a financial loss ...HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT LITFAD

Arrived in perfect condition and looks better than the more expensive one I was going to purchase
