Do not order from here,I am waiting from 8 of February,they provide a tracking number that don’t exist.
I contact them and they just play around.
If you value you re money do not buy from here.

I would have given zero star if it was possible. Ordered a dinning table from them that came in damaged packaging so we refused to accept it. The next day they tried to deliver the same item again without any notice and we refused again. On the same day, they left a parcel outside our door that we can only assume is part of the same order. The delivery guy took pictures and ran off without explaining what the item was and where it came from. We contacted their customer service and they offered 5% discount and asked us to accept the item and we refused again. After getting nowhere with them, we reported this matter to our bank. Now, they have told our bank that they can only issue refund if we return the part that was delivered to us at our cost, and the return address is somewhere in China!!! The item is very heavy so would probably cost us more than the order value to return. They have no physical address in the UK. This company is running a scam not a business. Avoid at all cost!

I ordered an oval coffee table in December 2023. It took a while for me to receive it, but the support team of Liftad kept communicating with me upon my enquiries to assure me of the progress of shipping from China with an offer of 15% discount for the delay. I eventually received the item last week and I am very pleased. The product met my expectation. Within minutes of unpackaging them (two packages) I assembled it! I am a happy customer and very lucky.

Just tried to return two folding chairs to liftad. I asked for a full refund because the chairs arrived damaged. Liftad tried to offer
me 5% off and to send replacement parts. I told them that I would have to hire someone to repair the chair with those parts which would cost me more money. I’ve never had this type of experience with a company that refused a damage return. There is also no way to speak to them by phone. I’m out over $300.

Very pleased with the light I ordered, as described and delivered within time frame given.

Very poor customer service. Never buy from them. I order some lights and I am not happy with them and would like to return and they not accepting any refund.

Items sent were poorly made, arrived damaged & were generally Mickey Mouse. These lot are professional scam artists - avoid at all costs. Will not refund or collect the goods. Absolute jokers.

We ordered a sofa a few months ago. First of all, they delivered the wrong colour. Second of all, the quality was appalling, proper poor Chinese product.
When we contacted them for a return, the completely denied sending the wrong colour. We had to debate for each for finally getting to the agreement that we would organise the return ourselves and at our cost. Not great. And then, they said that the item was damaged when it was in perfect condition when we sent it back and perfectly wrapped and protected. I requested some pictures to prove the damage which they did (after a few weeks) but you cannot see a thing on these photos. It doesnt show that the item is damaged at all. They are willing to refund us but only at 75% (for a £1200 sofa - huge loss for us!) when we havent done anything to damage it.
This company is a really scam. Do not order from them as you will never get your money back.

I purchased a pair of bedside cabinets, they arrived damaged, the drawer sides are all left sided and impossible to assemble. The cabinet sides have holes all the way through, when assembled they would be seen on the outside ? It resembled a pile of scrap wood.
They will only refund if you return to China, I will have to put this down to a bad experience and being scammed

This has to be the most outrageous scam site I have ever come across. I purchased a rug that was apparently £258, reduced to £106.31. I was expecting a good quality rug, not only did the rug turn up with a hole in the back of it, it was green edging and supposed to be blue, they blamed the resolution on my computer!! It is green edging in my hands and blue on their site, cheap foam backing with minimal pile. Even a mouse could get through the pile without touching the other bits. I could lift this rug with one hand. It was 5’7 x 7’7. I have had a nightmare of back and forth emails offering me initially 5% discount and re send a new rug, then 10% and send a new rug or 20% and keep it or return at my own cost. I have fortunately bought through paypal and hoping they can resolve the issue for me!!! I wish I had seen these reviews prior to purchase as the site looks respectful and good quality and reading these reviews I can see they are scammers. . AVOID AVOID AVOID you will 100% be disappointed then going insane trying to resolve the problem. Their live chat is AI, going round in circles. Then the fun starts when you email their alleged VIP. Still blaming computer, and offering marginally higher discounts to keep it. Why would I want a rug that had next to no pile, foam backed with a hole. The postage probably cost them more than the rug itself. Received 18 December reported on 19th through AI Live chat

Do not use this company.
My desk took 7 weeks to arrive and, when it did, every piece of it was broken. The quality of the wood - mdf - was terrible, it was like cardboard.
I emailed Liftad’s customer services with pictures showing the extensive damage.
They offered me a refund of 15% which I managed to negotiate to 20%.
So I am £100 out of pocket and without a desk. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did.

We ordered 2 Modern Simple Fashion Style Geometric Shade Wall Sconce Metal 1 Light Sconces - 220V-240V with Gold Warm Light. They arrived well wrapped and look fanatic in the space.

I ordered a study desk, shocking quality, 52 days delay and a 5-10% refund offered. I've started legal action as they refuse to give a refund. Avoid this company if you want to save yourself from unnecessary stress.

I ordered a bookcase from liftad over a month ago. When I received my order, I noticed there are scratches and damages on my order. I also noticed there are some glued parts that are loose now. I asked for a refund and they told me their base in China and I need to pay the return shipping fee and clearance fee.
All I can say is, this is their strategy to get money from the customers and if they are unhappy, then they will offer a 5-10% refund. This is certainly a scam.

Cheap but useful product. Arrived within delivery period. No problems. Would recommend for cheap & cheerful items.

I ordered a Vintage Bare Bulb Design Drop Lighting with Rope Pendant and got exactly what I was looking for. Not just that I got about 16 inches extra in the drop rope for me to adjust and cut according to my requirements. The lights in itself were minimilitic and looks very elegant. Shopping experience right from ordering the bulbs to delivery and packaging was also very smooth with Liftad. They deliver in the time frame they mention, its not like what you would get from other online retailers but you will get it within the time promised at the time of purchase. Overall my experience was pretty amazing

I received a beautiful light that didn’t work and didn’t come with the correct pieces to actually mount it. I don’t think I’ll shop here again. It took so long to receive and the dang thing doesn’t work.

Stole my money. Purchased lights that never arrived. I wrote them multiple times asking for them to cancel my order/return my money and never got a response. Seems to be a scam. I don’t think this company actually exists.
