I needed to exchange a hat since I already had that color and they made it easy. It’s my second order, I love the simplicity of the caps, no logos!

As someone with a small head I have a hard time finding a baseball style cap that fits until I saw liftdown offers a size small vs just a one size fits “all”. I love the hats I ordered. I had a small quality issue with one hat, the seam was a bit off. I sent a picture to the company andbtgey sent a replacement right away. Very impressed with the quick response and taking care of the issue immediately. I will definitely recommend this brand to friends!

There’s a huge gap between the instagram ads and the reality. The product arrived in just a bag, the material isn’t particularly nice to touch and very thin. The fit isn’t as smooth as it should be. I’ve bought the medium and it still had excess bumpy material… and I don’t have a small head!

On the plus side, Marielle from lift down reached out and helped with a refund - great customer service very friendly… but I’m sorry I can’t recommend the product.

I can only assume that worldwide orders are fulfilled by a different manufacturer - else I can’t explain why so many other reviews are raving about them.

I chose Lift Down somewhat randomly from a web search for hats for men with big squashes. I liked the designs and the lack of logos on the front, so I bought one and liked it. I bought two more but mistakenly sent them to the wrong address. Well, to say customer service was excellent would be an understatement. They were wonderful! As long as I keep wearing (and loosing) caps I will be buying from them.

My favorite cap to wear. Had a small issue with the new size I ordered and they took care of it right away.

Found this cap company through instagram - popped up in my ads section, currency was in US dollars . So was assuming they have a store based in the states or something but nope that doesn’t exist. Nothing wrong with the caps, looks okay . just the caps took 2 weeks to get delivered to aus from china without a box just wrapped in a plastic bag. Was excited about the caps but the packaging was really disappointing compared to the price point you’d get and similar styles from alibaba that’s also manufactured in china for a fraction of the price. So yeah in reality paying premium pricing for online instagram marketing .

Wanted to find a cap that fitted my head with NO LOGO! Found Lift Down online and checked them out. They have a great way of fitting caps that gets it right the first time. My size was right at the top of small, so i asked their team what they thought what size i should order,small or Medium. Got back to me right away and said go with the Medium. Ordered my cap and when it came it fit just right straight out of the box, no joke! The color is just as advertised. Worth every penny.

I was skeptical because this company was advertised through instagram but I have had a great experience and the hats actually fit my head! I’ve had the hardest time finding the right size hat because I have a small head and a very short haircut. These are the first hats to actually fit my head! I had a small issue with my order but the customer service team was great and fixed things right away!

I ordered 2 small caps to try them out. One two-tone and one solid. They're amazing! I've always struggled to find hats that actually fit. (I found one company that makes smaller hats, but they're all structured.) These are soft and comfy - unstructured.
Now I have to control myself *not* to buy one in every color!

Fast and accurate customer service, even though the order number was misplaced. And, the replacement caps were perfect fit when they arrived.

First off, Lift Down makes the best hats. I have a very large head and a regular or adjustable fit never does it for me. I've bought many hats over the years and most I can't wear, bums me out.
However, Lift Down make an XL size which fits me perfectly. And, its's adjustable for an even better fit.
Also, every company should strive for the level of customer service they provide. Marielle has been my service Rep and she is outstanding. I wish every company service Rep was as good.

Another customer here who received the cap, and was disappointed to see how cheap the cap feels in terms of its shape and build quality, compared to what is shown on the website. I bought this cap based on needing a larger size, and while it does fit ok in terms of diameter, it has the following problems that make me regret the purchase:

- The brim looks and feels lopsided
- The main cap area is super flimsy, completely lacking in structure, and nothing like the photos on the website suggest
- The whole cap looks too flat and squashed, in relation to the larger width - it feels like the proportions of the head of the cap have been poorly adapted to the XL size, from the design of the normal size
- The brim is clearly poorly stitched onto the head of the cap in a way that adds to the lopsided feel and overall wonky shape

Add me to the list of disappointed people who feel duped by the glossy website / deceptive marketing text.

Ordered one hat received two Lift Down won't refund be careful no invoice came with package. LiftDown gave me a free exchange and let me keep the hat they sent by mistake

I have always struggled to find caps that fit my larger than average head and was so pleased to find a company making caps in larger sizes. However, that soon turned into disappointment. I got sucked in by the slick marketing and website, but when the tracking came through for my order and it was coming directly from China the alarm bells started ringing. When my order eventually arrived the cap was loose inside a tatty postage bag. No protective packaging whatsoever. Upon opening the package I instantly saw that the cap was misshapen and deformed. The peak was bent out of shape and the stitching was off-centre. The cap was completely unwearable. Looking at offerings from other websites the cap is identical in style and colour to those you can purchase from Temu etc. This brings me to the conclusion that Lift Down is nothing more than a glorified drop shipper. Don't get sucked in like I did. The search for the perfect cap continues.

Shortly after buying this hat online, my card was hacked and used to attempt several large purchases one after another. Perhaps nothing to do with lift down, but something went very wrong in the buying process

The customer service is outstanding. I ordered 4 caps. I have a small, hard to fit head and these are perfect! I had a difficult time choosing colors. All are eye catching.

There was a small issue and Marielle was right there with a solution. So happy with my excellent purchases. I highly recommend them.

As others have said, this seems like a bit of a con. Very glossy marketing but hat arrive in a dirty postage bag with no receipt. The hat itself is too small for my head and I have a very small head. Made of very thin material. Now I've checked the website and realise to return I'd have to fork out for the postage back to the US. V disappointed.

Excellent customer service. My original parcel was lost, but the seller responded quickly and sent me a replacement cap without any hassle. Communication was great throughout, and the issue was resolved professionally. I’m very happy with the outcome and would definitely buy from this seller again. Thank you Marielle 😊

Nice quality products!! It’s nice to have a cap that doesn’t have a logo on it.
