I’m completely in love with my Light and Faith tumbler! The design is breathtakingly beautiful, every detail feels intentional and full of meaning. Received a broken crucifix. The back was broke and the foot of Christ was broke the company blamed the shipping company, but nobody has taken responsibility.

I love, love, loooove my medium purse. I took a long time to get here but I'm very happy with it. It's lightweight leather.
The packaging was plastic and bubble wrap only, if they had it in a box it would have came without wrinkles in the corners.

The lid that came with the tumbler doesn’t align correctly making it unusable.

Return policy is horrible, people make mistakes. And your site is navigate able.plus also you have no way of contact a customer service representative, and it takes days for any response, I never in all my 68 years had to deal with such a policies or trying to contact a service rep.id this is your type of policy it should be posted up from before order is confirmed so customers are aware before they proceed

My order didn’t arrive as expected even with all the emails I received about it being quality checked. It’s still a beautiful journal, but I had marked and paid to have it personalized and it was not personalized when it arrived. That was disappointing. It also took 2 weeks to arrive from the time I ordered it, so returning it would be silly because the person I’m giving it to will be gone on their mission by the time a new one arrived.

Received the order and it looked great but wasn’t personalized on the handle like ordered.

We placed an order on August 23, 2025. On September 3rd they made a shipping order for our package. On September 8 I contacted the company because our package had still not been picked up to ship. They answered on the 9th they'd contact the shipping company "soon" to get it moving. Today is the 11th and the shipping company STILL hasn't picked up the package and begun shipping. They don't tell you ANYwhere that this is coming directly from CHINA and will take a month (or so) to arrive. The USA locations aren't where these items come from. These were birthday presents we needed by the 12th of September - tomorrow. Unacceptable. Too bad, too, because we were so happy to have found a company making Christian things.

Both tumblers are beautiful!!! I’m so pleased. I can’t wait for my Aunt’s birthday to give one to her. Thank you for such a beautiful item.

I love my new mug. My drink stays cold , ice says frozen for days.

I received the cup with a few flaws, and for what I paid, i wanted some sort of correction. I tried to reach out and no one got back to me. I could have overlooked the scratches and dings, but being ignored is bad business.

Update: the company reached out to me and sent me a replacement free of charge. That was not only a great surprise but made up for my earlier frustration.
