I love light burn, I would be completely lost without it.
My laser works perfectly with it.
Like with anything takes time to learn I watched YouTube.
But I have managed to picked it up easily ☺️

I planned to buy this software. What I really do not understand, is they calculate strange prices according adresses and most worse, I want to pay in USD, but they think, if I come from czech, I need to pay in czech crones.
What if I just have enough USD to pay in? I am always hating somebody thinks, he makes better conversion for me as I can do self.

I had an issue with recovering my license key and reached out to the Lightburn support team and got an almost immediate response. My problem was handled efficiently and the communication was awesome. This is by far the best software application I have ever purchased.

The software is easy to operate and the support is amazing.

With every new update, Lightburn introduces new issues. If something isn't broken, there's no need to change it. This software has the potential to be excellent, but these constant changes make it unnecessarily frustrating for users. Disappointed.

Really impressed with the speed of response to my request for help. Would REALLY appreciate it if they would provide support in running Lightburn for Windows, on Linux Mint using something like Play On Linux, Wine, Bottles, or other similar tools.

I have never been this pleased with the service from a company that I can remember and I usually remember good service. Great product and fantastic service. Very good software used with a creality falcon 2 pro. The camera control is amazing!

LightBurn is great to work with. I always get a reply, at least by the nex morning and it's always useful. My laser broke and they have helped me extend my trial period. Cheers to you, LightBurn!

Very happy with the lightburn software

I am extremely happy with Lightburn Software, I don't buy alot of software but this is well worth the money. They also supply great customer service with quick response to all my questions.

Been using Lightburn for years now, real great piece of software for the price.

Had to shoot them an email or two over the years for minor things and they get back rapid with a solution.

Lightburn is 10/10 the best software to control your laser with and especially design your own products and files. We use Lightburn daily and most of the time not connected to the laser.
Any potential issue that could arise is fixed very quickly and effectively!
