Consistent service and prices

I've been a customer for years and purchased lighters, vapes, and other items and always had great service. Orders arrive very quickly and accurately. Prices have been consistently good too.

I purchased a device on 1/28

I purchased a device on 1/28. The device was delayed in delivery and delivered without the signature of anyone ay my address. I attempted to return the device, but the vendor declined it as final sale. It was not a final sale and the website actively suggest they still sell it and are restocking the device. I reviewed the vendor FAQ and policy and believe they are not acting in good faith.

Customer service is awful

Their website was down for god only knows how long, and they sent out an email apologizing and offering a 10% off coupon code. The email clearly states "To show our appreciation for your patience, we're giving you 10% OFF SITEWIDE. The best part? You can stack this discount on top of everything to maximize your savings." and then goes on to state "Stack it with your existing Loyalty Points. Stack it with any other active promo on the site."

After spending several hours finding what I wanted to buy on their site, I tried to check out only to find that the promo code they sent does NOT work with any other offers. I cannot combine it with my loyalty points or any other discount.

I emailed support with detailed information, including screenshots of the email clearly stating it can be stacked with other discounts, as well as my cart showing that it CANNOT be stacked. The only response I got was

"Hi there,

Thanks for the message. It looks like our system only allows 1.

Lighter USA Team"

Yeah no kidding. They completely ignored everything I said and blew me off. No attempt to look into the matter or fix the issue, not even an apology for the inconvenience and misinformation. They either didn't even read my email or just don't care that they are bait and switching their customers.

Do not order from lighter USA

Do not order from lighter USA. Product was delivered to the wrong address. They have done nothing to rectify their mistake. After contacting them to reach a solution, crickets. My only option was filing a claim through my bank since communication has been nonexistent. Buyer beware! Go to another site! It’s not worth the hassle.

According to USPS tracking number 9400150206217501629750, the package was marked as delivered by the carrier. The shipment was sent to the exact address entered at checkout. We do not alter, modify, or change shipping addresses unless a customer directly requests it prior to shipment.

Once an order is processed and shipped, delivery is handled by USPS. If a package is believed to have been delivered to the wrong location, USPS is able to verify the GPS delivery scan and confirm where it was physically delivered. This information can only be released to the recipient upon request through their local post office.

We have not ignored your concerns and are always willing to assist within carrier guidelines. However, when a package is marked delivered to the address provided, the next step is a carrier investigation.

We understand how frustrating delivery issues can be and encourage you to contact your local USPS office so they can provide the exact delivery coordinates and further clarification.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. My wife bought me a vector lighter for Christmas. Lighterusa.com site claimed it was a lighter that would always light. The lighter turned out to be garbage but we didn’t know that until after Christmas. We tried to return but lighter usa would not refund since it was past 2 weeks!!! How are u supposed to order a gift before Christmas and then not be able to return it directly after???? do not buy from this store. Buy from Amazon where they will let u return even if gift sat under Xmas tree for more than 2 weeks. This is why Amazon is taking everything over, cause of companies like this that DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!

This is a scam site

**still have not heard back from the company** voicemail is full, no response to multiple emails sent** I have shared the tracking which still says the item has not been delivered, shared confirmation emails with numbers- still zero response from the company. I stand by my review that this company will charge your credit card, never deliver an item and then disappear with no customer service to remedy the situation.

Under no circumstance should you order from this site. They are an absolute fraud- they have no customer service responses. Voicemail is full, no email contact or response. I ordered a $250 lighter and it never arrived and it’s radio silence. This site is a scam- do not give them a single dollar as you will never receive a product.

After reading that ridiculous response I would love to share the phone log of over 25 calls to a number that never answers and the voicemail is full. I have over 25 emails that I’ve sent to you to try to settle this with nothing but an auto reply. I have reached out on social media with zero response. Instead of blaming the customer for “making up” a review you should take some accountability and fix the problem. I have reported your site to trust pilot and the BBB- it’s a scam. Read the Reddit reviews and comments on social media — before you delete them, which you’ve done to mine- your customers all feel the same way. Get accountable, refund people who have legitimately been ripped off by you and maybe I wouldn’t have to go to such lengths to actually get a response. I stand by that your site is a scam and a fraud with no actual people working to sort out customer service issues. Anytime you’d like, when I real person response (not an automated response) I’ll send you all my emails/phone calls that have gone unanswered. It’s obvious you only respond when you think you’ll lose customers- you should be out of business.

This site deserves a negative review and a lawsuit

This site deserves a negative review, they are a COMPELETE SCAM. it has been over a month and haven’t received my item, their customer service keeps trying to say it is out of their hands because they gave it to usps but usps disputes that and has proof that the item with that tracking number was never scanned. And once I tell them that they just end the conversation. They clearly are ripping people off. DO NOT USE THIS SITE, there are a thousand better places you can go, so AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
