Ordered next day shipping and 5 days later I still don’t have my package. They didn’t even give me the next day shipping as promised, they sent it out 2 day priority express usps instead of next day air like I paid for. $30 for shipping and I still don’t have my package 4 days later

I ordered a yocan uni it arrived quickly but would not turn on even after a full charge. I sent it back and really wanted an exchange. You didn't refund the shipping. I haven't got any refund yet. I didn't know the Uni was a repaired unit.
Insurance Fraud
These people charged me for some kind of insurance to cover shipping damages, my item was clearly damaged during shipping and they are telling me it's defective and to reach out to the manufacturer. I will be taking them to small claims court for this scam!

I buy from lighter USA every other month 4-5 vapes a month !
This month I bought 4 menthol Tyson vapes not the cheap ones! I have opened my 3 rd vape and all 3 of my vapes are basic useless I’ve never had a problem befor but I’m not sure if I’m going to waste my money here any more considering that 3 out of 4 don’t vape properly it sucks because I can’t get my vapes anywhere else

Horrible customer support
Had had a few previous orders. Just recently I tried to place an order and it was immediately refunded. Tried again and same. Sent an email and was told I did a chargeback, to which I did not. Called my CC provider and was told they approved the charge, so the problem stemmed from LighterUSA. Told them that and then was told my account will be flagged, so basically no more ordering with them. Like really. I did nothing wrong other than prove you all do not care for my business. So I found a new company to buy with.

Don't count on insurance or communication
Avoid Lighter USA if you value reliability and customer service.
As an active-duty military avionics technician, nicotine is essential for my job. I’ve placed two successful orders with Lighter USA, but my third package—marked “delivered”—never arrived. I spoke with neighbors, tracked down the delivery driver, and filed a missing package report with USPS.
When I contacted Lighter USA, their rep Donna clearly didn’t read my email. She repeated steps I’d already taken and suggested I “check my mailbox,” even though I’d explained everything. My package was insured, yet I’ve received no follow-up or resolution.
They’re often out of stock on popular flavors, and if something goes wrong—even with insurance—you’re on your own. I’m sharing this to help others avoid the same frustration.
