I recently completed the Level 5 CMI Chartered Manager Programme with Lighthouse, and it was a really positive experience. Throughout the 18-month Level 5 CMI Operations Manager Apprenticeship, I was incredibly well supported by Jude and Samm.

My tutor, Jude, was absolutely amazing, always approachable, supportive, and encouraging throughout the entire journey.

Samm was also fantastic, highly responsive, always ready to help, and a great source of encouragement throughout the programme. No matter what challenges came up along the way, Samm was there to guide me and keep me motivated every step of the way.

Overall, Jude and Samm made this a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Lighthouse as a training provider.

Great provider, I enjoyed my apprenticeship and the support given to me was incredible, very helpful and supportive staff! I can highly recommend this provider to anyone wanting to learn and develop their skills and knowledge to get better at what they do, or change a career!

The support received from the staff at Lighthouse has been second to none. Staff were available on email when needed and no issue was ever too big. I got help all the way to the end, going through all the processes to ensure everything was covered. Thank you to staff at Lighthouse.

I have just completed my L5 Coaching Professional apprenticeship the support I received from my Tutor Julie was excellent, always willing to listen and provide guidance throughout. The course was well organised with good learning materials and instructions.

I've completed the Operations/Departmental Manager Level 5 Apprenticeship with Lighthouse. Samm, my tutor, was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to make sure I stay motivated and continue with the course when I had a big change in my work situation. Her enthusiasm, guidance and supportiveness are absolutely next level.
Overall I found the company to be professional and well-organized.

I recently complete the Coaching Professional Apprenticeship with Lighthouse. I found the experience to have been really positive. The structure and cadence of the training was spread out well. The training provided by David was really useful, and covered both theory, practical application and feedback. My tutor Julie was also great, she was always on hand for support / queries and making the experience as smooth as possible.

Lighthouse has supported me throughout my apprenticeship. I achieved my Level 3 Business with the help of my tutor - Lisa. She has been amazing and the adjustments I have been given. The communication through Lighthouse has been incredible and I can't thank them enough.

I have recently completed my Growing our Leaders Management and Leadership Apprenticeship with Lighthouse and have had a really positive experience. I unfortunately had to take two unexpected breaks in learning so the course took me longer than anticipated but the support and teaching I received from Lighthouse and in particular from Samm and Jude were fabulous.
