My Coaching Level 5 professional apprenticeship with Lighthouse Group has been a great experience. My main thanks goes to Julie who guided and challenged me even through the functional skills bit which often felt overwhelming. Thanks also to David whose guided sessions were thought-provoking and value-adding.
Throughout the course, I felt supported and knew someone was at the end of an email or phone that I could rely on to help me get through the course and through the end point point assessment.
Overall, a good experience with good people that led to a good result.

My main thanks for the Lighthouse Group support goes to Julie whose tutorials were practical and useful, and challenging where needed. I also apprectiated Julie's support and guidance with submission of the final portfolio at the end.
Being part of a rolling cohort of learners, with people leaving and joining intermittantly can be challenging.

I have just passed my Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship with distinction. It was hard work but all worth it in the end. I have completed my level five with lighthouse through Lloyds of London and would highly recommend the apprenticeship. Jude, Michelle and David are fantastic trainers, making the session interactive and bespoke. Samm provided so much support throughout and really cares about every individual and getting the best out of them. My biggest takeaway has been an increase in confidence, through being out of my comfort zone, equipt with all the knowledge, behaviour and skills for leadership and management. I highly recommend to use lighthouse and do the level five apprenticeship. Thank you so much to Samm, Jude, Michelle and David for supporting me.

The Learning With Lighthouse group helped me achieve a Level 2 Functional skills in Maths, the Mary Seacole Nursing Leadership Programme and the Operational Department Manager Apprenticeship, lots of work but the support provided from the team was superb. I recently completed the Level 5 CMI Chartered Manager programme with Lighthouse, and it was a really positive experience! My tutor, Samm, was absolutely amazing—always ready to assist and super responsive. Throughout the 18-month journey, with all the ups and downs of life thrown in for good measure, Samm was there, cheering me on and encouraging me every step of the way! Samm is just one of the Lighthouse team that made the experience a really great one. Jude and Michelle were very approachable and made the face-to-face tutorials positive and interesting. I would highly recommend Lighthouse as a training provider!

I have recently completed my level 5 diploma in operations/ departmental manager with the Lighthouse Group. It had been a long time since I had done any studying and they made it an enjoyable experience. Special thanks go to the trainers, Jude and Michelle, who were both very knowledgeable and made the workshops engaging and entertaining; as well as to Samm, who was very informative and supportive as a tutor.

The staff team at lighthouse are great but Julie in particular was instrumental in making my experience positive and successful. The process can seem a bit confusing and complex but Julie was able to translate and support effectively.

The objectives of the training were clearly defined and topics divided into different sections which were completely relevant to the training requirements. I particularly enjoyed the multiple question tests throughout the training as this helped me identify areas that required more attention for learning. The online learning materials was very relevant and interesting. The tutor was very helpful and feedback given was timely and with good explanation to help with improvements. I thoroughly enjoyed my apprenticeship journey and would recommend it highly.

I have just completed the Lv3 Management apprenticeship.
I found the training materials incredibly useful and very comprehensive. I was able to use the teachings and translate them into my day to day role.

I have just completed my level 3 apprenticeship in leadership and management with lighthouse. I was able to achieve a distinction which I never thought I would have been able to do. The whole learning experience from start to finish was fantastic. I have gained so much knowledge to help within my job role and this has also helped me to gained so much more confidence. I found the online sessions great, with so much information. I was supported by my tutor Lisa so much and she really helped me even when I doubted myself.

I just finished my level 5 apprenticeship with the Lighthouse Group and I would recommend them as an apprenticeship provider to others. They gave a lot of support throughout the 18 month programme, my tutor Samm was excellent and was always very responsive and happy to answer the many questions that I sent her way. The sessions are helpful with a lot of time spent in virtual break out rooms discussing topics and learning from other apprentices. There is a lot of online resources available in the form of e-learning which allowed me to process information in my own time and make notes on the various topics.
