My mother used this place for her CBT "training". The instructor, Rob was very rude and made some very inappropriate comments to her. A week later, I was at work and he showed up to our business, speaking to me condescendingly, asking where my mum is and waiting for hours just to stare at me and try to intimidate. I have sent a complaint to the owner of this business about said issues, to which their response was "I have no comment on this".
Obviously my mum wanted to complete her CBT training, to which she was told she would need an extra hour of training. This company blackmailed us into taking our negative reviews down about their simple lack of professionalism, they told us if we didn't take the reviews down then my mum would have wasted her money and she will not be allowed to complete her CBT training.
Next time, take reviews and learn from them, discipline your rude staff and don't harass your paying customers. Disgusting behaviour.

Not once did I mention how my mother failed as that WAS NOT the issue, the issue was with YOUR instructor being very inappropriate and unprofessional and YOU did not doing anything about it. Yet you still did nothing about your instructor, with photo evidence of him/his friends showing up at our business. As for the blackmail, that is illegal and if your instructor continues to harass us, be that with him or his friends then we will be taking everything we have to the police.
Once again, I have not mentioned how she failed, she understands, we understand. What we do not understand is how you could defend someone who tells a female student that he won't come to our business because she might put pubes in his food, who screams at her to "f* cking stop" one minute and then tells her she is being too precautious and finally, who tells her an hour into training that he will be failing her at the end. And then, himself/his friends show up a week later, at our business to ask questions about my mum and laugh like it is some kind of joke, I will not tolerate bullying and harassment. So continue with whatever excuse you want to come up with next but this is disgusting behaviour and you defending it will not change that. Anyhow, I will be the better person and stop now. I wish you luck with the future of your company and sincerely hope you do better.

Passed with Stourbridge 1st time of trying. Rich and John great instructors. I was so happy with them I'd recommend them to work colleagues before I'd even gone through my tests awesome guys

Great experience throughout. Dave trained me for mod 1 and mod 2 tests within 2 weeks, which I passed both first time! I think his training skills are fantastic. Would highly recommend!

Adrian was a lovely bloke really enjoyed my training with you guys would definitely recommend you to others thanks for such a good day.

Lightning Motorcycle Training in Wembley is a really great school! I am so happy I chose this school. I know that choosing a school can be quite difficult, but I can highly recommend this wonderful one! This is what I especially liked:

- The teachers are awesome! Thanks a lot to Andrew, David, and Keith for their tuition. You can definitely see how passionate they are about motorcycle training. I have learned a lot from you.
- I did my Module 2 training with Andrew, and I’m so happy you were my instructor! I especially found the information about lane positioning, the correct way to do lifesavers, correct speed, thorough explanation of the “show me, tell me” questions, etc., very valuable. Thanks as well for showing how to do filtering (something that is new to me as a car driver). I passed Module 2 on my first attempt, and all the skills were really useful for passing. Thanks again, Andrew!
- I did my Module 1 training with David and Keith. Again, I’m very happy with all the valuable information. It was especially helpful that we went to the test area in Uxbridge and practiced all the manoeuvres there. Special thanks for practicing the hazard avoidance exercise on both the left and right circuit (since the test centre sometimes changes the layout). I passed the Module 1 test as well with no minors, thanks to being able to practice there.
- The whole team has positive vibes, is polite, and ready to answer any questions. Really happy about this!
- The school has ample space to practice all manoeuvres (you can also see this on Google Maps).
- The motorcycle I used was in great condition.
- This school is especially great for the availability of test dates in Uxbridge. So if you need to book a test, you don’t need to wait a long time.
- I also liked that on test days there is just a refresher, not a long training session, so you come to your test without being exhausted.

Thanks again to the whole team: Andrew, David, Keith! I only started riding motorcycles this year, but your tuition allowed me to pass Module 1 and Module 2 on the first try. But most importantly, I can keep the great skills I’ve gained and be a safer rider. Highly recommended!

Approximately a year ago I done my CBT with Lightning Oxford, brought a 125 to practice, this years goal to get a full license, and have today passed my MOD2 thanks to Lightning Motorcycle Training Oxford & Lightning Motorbike Training Swindon.

Great patient instructors, who always explained things so that the learning stuck.

I (mid-50s male, nervy first timer) passed my MOD 2 Cat A test first time, today, and it was all down to the high-quality instruction received from all the instructors at Lightening Oxford during the month from initial CBT to final test. Karl was my main road instructor, and calmly guided, corrected and advised, without ever being demonstrative or impatient. I also had invaluable input and guidance on other separate sessions from Aidey, Rob, Piotr and Rich. They all delivered instruction with patience, clarity, assurance, and calm authority. Instructions and information from head office were always timely and clear. The spacing between each session allowed a bit of time to reflect and consider where I needed to improve. I highly recommend Lightening Oxford.

Just finished my CBT at the wembley centre. Such an informative and fun experience. Marcus was an absolutely great teacher. So patient and friendly, guiding us well.
Just remember the rules and have fun riding, you’ll have a great time. I sure did.

I used Lightning to complete an upgrade course and they were spot on. Not only were the instructors all really great, friendly and knowledgable but the whole process from booking it & staying updated from the office was also brilliant.
Lightning were able to facilitate training and tests much sooner than any other training provided and their site in Oxford has a fantastic MOD 1 set up which is identical to the real test.

I’m glad I never have to do another bike test again but would 100% recommend.

Great training from all the instructors. They will iron out any errors your making and make you a better, safer rider,and they make the training fun. Very happy to now have my A2 licence. Guy Evans.

I did my direct access course with John and Steve You guys are the best very patient great teachers they reasursed me i was doing well when I felt I was doing things wrong

I completed both my Mod 1 training and test with Lightning Pass and had an amazing experience. From start to finish, the instructors made me feel confident and comfortable, which helped me pass on my first attempt. They are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely care about their students’ success.

I’ve already recommended Lightning Pass to fellow bikers and I’ll definitely be booking my Mod 2 with them soon. Couldn’t fault them at all - highly recommended! Thank you Lightning Pass!

I recently completed my DAS with Lightning

What a great experience from start to finish. The instructors were fantastic I had Todd for the majority couldn't of asked for anyone better very clued up and patient.

All the staff from the instructors to the bookings team were very helpful.

Knowing this I felt very relaxed and that certainly helped me pass

I have already recommended 2 friends on their courses I am 100% confident in Lightning to help them pass.

What a great day i had cole my instructor was such a great guy also the guy that was with him he was very informative and patient with myself and the other 2 guys that were with me that's cole I had a great day I would recommend lightning to anybody who is thinking about either taking a cbt or full bike licence thanks again cole

I went for a gear conversion morning after passing my CBT on a scooter.

I found Markus to be very skilled and very good at telling me what to improve upon and what to avoid.

I went from stalling constantly a couple of days ago to being able to comfortably pull off smoothly, shift gears, and to slow speed manoeuvres on a manual 125 bike.

Very very happy the experience and it was even a sunny morning. What else can you ask for?

I had never ridden before I came to Lightning to complete my DAS course. Great instructors across both Mereoak and the Abbey RFC who are friendly and very encouraging, helping you to develop your skills.

Thanks to Rob, Ade, Simon, Cole and Keith (particularly Ade and Keith who taught me that you really can ride in the freezing cold and heavy rain and still make it somewhat enjoyable).

Had a cbt with Keith yesterday was my 3rd cbt with lightning would highly recommend this guy for anyone booking
12/10 for attention to detail
He knew his stuff
