Great experience

First of all. The light we ordered was really nice. It's spectacular on the ceiling. Invoicing and shipping were without any issues. Was surprising as it came from italy.

Perfect

I looked everywhere for the perfect light for above my mirror in the bathroom. I was lucky Lightopia popped up in my feed. The light is perfect!
No damage in shipping thanks to the packaging (great job) it arrived as scheduled and I couldn't be happier!

I ordered a floor lamp from Lightopia…

I ordered a floor lamp from Lightopia (Designed by Koncept)... about 8 days later I had heard nothing from you and called to see what the problem was..... your Cust. Svs agent had no idea and had to call Koncept to find out.... I was then told that the shipment was delayed 1.5 to 2 weeks due to concept moving warehouses. Then a week later the shipment was actually made.... If you want to get a good grade for Cust Service you should be in-synch with Koncept so you can inform customers of delays when they order and not force me (or others) to chase down the jpro

Beautiful Fixture, Frustrating Tech/Customer Service

Originally purchased in June 2025, and it was finally delivered and installed in January 2026. I worked with a rep to ensure the correct plug was included since the piece shipped from Europe, but we received the wrong one. We then had to re-order (pay twice!) and wait an additional few months for the replacement to arrive before we could return/refund the original. The replacement was the incorrect length. Thankfully, we were able to make it work, but it should not have taken 6+ months to obtain the correct lamp when working directly with Lightopia's technical rep for the manufacturer.
