Glen at the Costa Mesa store

Glen at the Costa Mesa store, did a great job, there were several things that had to be ordered and delivered to complete our Chandelier. All parts were delivered within the estimated time and we are ready for assembly!

Excessive wait for product to ship

Excessive wait for product to ship. Waited over 6 months for product to ship (I call B.S. on supply chain excuse). Poor communication on when the product would be available. I always had to call for an update. The product itself was very nice but actual wiring was extremely difficult. Not a DIY install unless you have experience stripping extremely thin gauge wires, and stuffing a lot of wiring into a standard outlet box.

Stunning

The handmade pendant lights are absolutely stunning! Realizing they are handmade, one of the three was noticeably larger than the others. Lightopia accepted my return of the third for another fixture that is perfect.

Buy with confidence

Great experience but more importantly, buy with confidence. Seamless experience from purchase to delivery. Item is high quality - I always struggle with purchasing furniture/fixtures online. I am worried what I receive is low quality and won’t look like the photos. I was delighted on the high quality the light fixture - It is comparable to items hundreds of dollar more expensive (e.g. Restoration Hardware). Will turn to Lightopia for all my future lighting needs.

Pendant arrive split in half. Was not packaged well for such a heavy ceramic shade. I notified company and sent pictures and I am still waiting on a follow-up and reimbursement

What lights?

I still do not have the lights that I ordered 12 days ago and the vendor for these lights is one state away. The original lights apparently were lost in the mail but there is no evidence they actually left the vendor. Customer service got involved several days ago and there is still no evidence the lights have shipped. Everything in the remodel is complete - but no lights. Lights that could have been sent over night once it was discovered that I did not have them. I doubt I will use Lightopia again. Everything is sent directly from the vendor and Lightopia does not appear to have any control over the vendors.
