I’ve been using Lightwave RF products for a number of years now, and they work great. Best looking SMART switches on the market and integrate well with Apple Home and Home Assistant.
I had to connect the service desk for support with a Home Assistant automation, for which they had to consult their developers. They came back within a few days and I was able to resolve the problem I was having. Great service

I have to be honest, I bought a number of double dimmer switches, single dimmers and sensors to add to the house which I initially struggled to get the setup as I wanted.
Then I contacted their tech support and Jack who responded has been frankly excellent. Really pleasant easy to deal with guy, he's just spent a long time with me over the phone helping with setup and fully explained the reasons why I was hitting issues etc
Honestly can't say enough of how grateful I am for his help and having a technical team myself in a completely different industry I know how unsung these guys are at times

I have used LightwaveRF now for over 10 years. Started out to just get some Christmas lights to come on at a set time, now my house is fully covered with their kit. I have found their support to always be helpful and responsive. I recently had a small issue and Dylan was very helpful and had my issue sorted nice and quickly.

The tech is smart, users not always (certainly in my case). What has really impressed me is that whenever I’ve had a query it’s been addressed very quickly and very accurately. The team is able to look at your installation remotely and identify corrective action before you’ve even properly explained what your problem is. If only all support lines were like this.

I’ve been using Lightwave products for about a year now, and I couldn’t be happier. The system was originally installed professionally, but there was a small part that needed finishing later on. I contacted their support team for help, and Jack Mitchell was absolutely phenomenal. He guided me through everything clearly, helped me get the issue sorted quickly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly.
The products themselves work incredibly well, and the aftercare service has been second to none. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Lightwave, both for the quality of their products and their exceptional customer support.

Lightwave kit is pretty solid, if a little on the expensive side. What I can't fault is Lightwave tech support, they are what all companies tech support should be like. They actually try help fix any issues, I know that sounds like a basic but I really can't tell you how few companies actually put any interest into trying to troubleshoot and help you. Especially with old versions of kit. Most others with just say "oh well just upgrade to the latest". Lightwave tech support actually try help you, and are successful in doing so in my experience.

Customer service from jack, Eve and Callum in their technical support has been exemplary. Cannot thank them enough for their help and advice in setting up my 2-way switching with the dimmers. Overall I would give the company 10 out of 10 for their products and for their support should you ever have an issue.

Tech support was free and accurate. A dead-on-arrival switch was replaced with no issues. I can recommend Lightwave.

I called technical support about an issue with a 4 gang dimmer and spoke to Eve. She was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable of the product and helped me resolve the problem. She also emailed me instructions in case of future issue. Also did not have to wait long in a queue to be answered. Excellent, thank you.

I've been using LightwaveRF for many years now and the devices have proven themselves extremely reliable in the main.
The biggest plus for me though is the excellent support. I've had cause to use the support system a few times over the last few years and it's excellent. The team - primarily through Eve - have provided fast and informative answers to any issues I've had.
I would thoroughly recommend Lightwave equipment and the excellent team behind it all.

I had difficulty in setting up my devices and contacted tech support. Dylan was prompt in identifying the problem and helped resolving this. Unfortunately I started getting error message in sending command remotely and had to go back to tech support again. Once again Dylan accepted my request and showed his patience in resolving my problem.
Very grateful for the support I received.
