I bought a Robert’s Rambler Max radio and the whole experience was perfect!
It was well priced and was delivered very quickly.
The radio itself is wonderful. It looks and sounds great and was very easy to set up. - The only negative is the fact that you need to spend another £40 on a Robert’s battery pack if you want to use it unplugged, which I sometimes do!

This company has been exemplary. I ordered a quad set of long range phones from Ligo after my existing phone set was "fried" when I had a power cut with associated power surge. This also left me with no phone service or broadband.

When my electricity and phone service finally returned I had no "caller display". There then followed a six-week or longer battle with BT (my service provider) trying to get caller display returned to my landline. During this time Ligo worked with me over these problems. I ordered another phone set from them but in the end had to return both phone sets to Ligo for refunds. Ligo didn't complain during this process and refunds were quickly given. I would therefore have no hesitation in fully recommending this company for their more than helpful customer support.

i bought an additional handset for my Panasonic KX-TGA system. The item arrived as expected - that was the easy part. I had difficulty making it work correctly with my existing system. I phoned the user support number and was very impressed by the response from Lewis/Louis? who talked me through the process step by step.
