This is a shambles of a website

This is a shambles of a website. Ordered 2 dresses a month ago still not received, I have chased several time to be told it's delayed at the distribution office. Absalutly nonsense, im so gutted the dresses look lovely but it is rip off. Dont be fooled like me.

Started with a broken strap, ended with a new dress

Ordered a dress that showed up with a broken strap, so I decided to email the company to see if I can get it fixed and they ended up ordering a brand new one to be sent to me free of charge! Not sure I should even leave 1 star- received item and completely did not meet expectations (fit, material, all of it). I requested return within days of receiving item and still “fighting” to get return approved. Likely I will be stuck and out every dime, when this should have been a very easy rerun with any other company. Fraud and scam! Do not order from here-

Birthday ruined

I made my order on the 27th February for my birthday dinner on the 21st March. It is now the 24th March and I have still not received the goods. In fact it has not even been shipped as yet. I have spoken with several different people from like my choice (9 times) but one I spoke with (Dancy) on the 3rd March, I explained what the dress was for and what date I required it. She said she would make it a priority (urgent).
All I get from them are emails saying they cant stop it and that thank you for being patient. Its got to the point where its insulting. They have now said maybe I can choose something else from their site....seriously!!! why would I when their customer service is appalling it might be Christmas before I receive anything. I suggest that they change their shipping details on the website as they continuously are unable to meet those deadlines. Always letting down customers and ruining events. I thought even after reading the reviews I would still give them a chance and also my order was way in advance of the event but no! they still cant get it right!!!

NO don’t buy from them

NO, it’s a big NO to buy anything from them, the worst online website, it’s a big rip off.
On the day I received the item, straight a way I’ve requested return. Poor quality for the money I paid plus it wasn’t velvet literally it was synthetic fabric, not fitting properly.
They refused it!!!!

Very bad experience- I do not reccomens
- The dress I received was not at all like the dress in the advertisement
- the color was different
- the bottom hem on the dress isn’t finished
- the proportions are not correct
- the waist band is just 3 inches below the bust pleats
- the company doesn’t take returns

Total waste of money and time.

Update - the company will not offer any refund even partial unless I change my review. If I change my review they will give me a 15% “goodwill” refund.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: Deceptive Practices and Total Lack of Integrity

I wish I had read the reviews before throwing my money away on this company. My experience has been a nightmare of broken promises and what feels like deliberate deception.

1. Delivery Lies: I was promised a 3-business-day delivery. It has been nearly two months, and I am still missing the majority of my order. They consistently lied about items shipping, only for nothing to arrive.

2. Bait and Switch: When I finally received a partial shipment on January 23rd, it was "rubbish"—a cheap, low-quality fabric that looked nothing like the photos or the description. It is clear they only sent a random item to generate a tracking number as "proof of delivery" to cover their tracks.
3. Scam Tactics: A quick search reveals hundreds of other customers with the exact same story: non-delivery, incorrect items, and zero accountability. This isn't just "bad service"—it’s a calculated scam.

They have master the ability to navigate how to show to the credit card companies that they are in compliace, knowing full well that the credit card companies sometimes are too lazy to do a thorough check during a charge back, as for me i will not give up until i win this battle, just reopened the closed dispute, because these thieves of a company provided the so called tracking number!
watch out they are going to come and respond to this review with a please of BS .

Save your time, your sanity, and your hard-earned money. Do not engage with this company. I am currently filing a formal dispute with my bank to get my money back. You have been warned.

Horrible company

Horrible company. Bought a matching top and skirt in medium and it was too small. Tried to return it and they would not return it. They said you can’t return items that don’t fit. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Returns policy unclear

I was skeptical about ordering this two-piece due to some poor reviews, so I messaged them to ask if I could return it if it didn't look like the pictures as it wasn’t clear if ‘’change of mind’’ returns were allowed. Their reply was surprisingly rude. I got a ‘’read the manual’’ response.

They said: ‘’Our return and exchange policy is clearly stated on our website, and you may check it at any time. If you have any questions or need further assistance, I'm here for you anytime.’’

First red flag, definitely wouldn’t chance ordering.

I am extremely disappointed with this…

I am extremely disappointed with this company. The dress I received looked nothing like the photos on their website. The quality was shockingly poor and nowhere near what was advertised.
When I contacted customer service to request a return and full refund, they refused to take responsibility. Instead, they offered me just 10% of the purchase price , which is frankly insulting given the condition and quality of the item.
This feels misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this site to think twice. Save your money and avoid the hassle.
