Parcel not delivered

The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because I haven’t received my order yet…I contacted the relevant people regarding this and there response was very quick and they were extremely helpful, also they pointed out I had ordered the same item twice( I did not realise I did this) and asked if I would like one cancelled and refunded..Thank you for your prompt response

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM. My review is very similar to others I have seen posted on this website; On December 19, 2025, I placed an order, received it in poor quality and simply asked to return it and receive a full refund. The scam company told me that my order was not eligible for a return and that they would compensate me 15% of the $114 that the entire order cost me, even after I said I am happy to return the item at my expense for a full refund. It is now February 20th, 2026 and to date I am still going back and forth via email trying to tell the scam company that as I was unaware that I wouldn’t be able to return the order and it was my first order, I should be able to return it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE GIVEN THE RUN AROUND.

If I could give it 0 stars I would.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not order from this company. This is the worst online experience I have ever had and is potentially a scam as they have taken my money and can't even confirm when I will receive the item. I ordered AND PAID FOR the dress on 26 January 2026 for an event to take place on 28 February 2026. The website states an order processing time of 1 - 3 working days and a delivery time of 6- 10 working days for Australia. That means I should have received it on the 12th. However, it is now the 20th and it has not yet even commenced shipping and the useless AI chatbot responses that I receive give me polite but uninformative responses and refuse to provide me with even an estimated delivery date. I will now have to locate and pay for another outfit because it will not arrive in time, if at all. I demanded a refund and they refused saying instead that they would give me some compensation when it arrives but of course that assumes it will arrive! At the moment I have nothing and no concrete information to give me comfort that I will ever receive anything.

My goods are still "Not Dispatched" and no communication has been received from this company.

The worst service I have EVER experienced.

Warning to others... 5 star reviews are likely to be staged to bring their ratings up. Like one of the other reviewers, if I could give a zero or negative rating, I would.

Poor Quality & Refusal to Provide Fair Resolution

I ordered two dresses from LikeMyChoice after seeing them advertised online and paid AED 387.52 in total, including AED 58 for express delivery (3–5 business days).

The order took 10 business days to arrive.

One of the dresses (yellow, AED 162) was materially different from the product advertised. The fabric quality, structure, and overall finish did not match the website images. While the second dress at least resembled the advertised item, the overall quality was significantly lower than expected.

When I contacted customer service, they initially stated they would review compensation once the item was delivered. However, after delivery, I was offered only AED 25–40 as “compensation,” which does not reasonably reflect either the missed express delivery timeframe or the material difference in the product.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly and amicably, a fair refund was not provided.

I would advise future customers to be cautious when ordering, particularly regarding delivery timelines and product quality expectations.

Save yourself the headache

Well, a friend recommended this site, I tried it (despite my instinct telling me no) and I've paid the price - literally. $120, to be exact. And it is going as well as you'd expect. I've received nothing but a constant stream of emails promising me my order is being expedited at this point, someone is personally looking it over, can't cancel because it is ready to ship, can't ship it because it is being custom made, blah, blah, blah. Needless to say, I no longer have $120 and I also have none of the items I ordered. I guess if I reframe it I can say: I no longer have $120, but I have a whole load of reasons to trust my instincts in the future.

I deliberately ordered on my credit card so I could at least have a little protection, so I've reported the company as fraud. In the next 90-days I will either have my money back or I will have learned a $120 lesson. Avoid this company at all costs.

had a very bad experience with Like My…

had a very bad experience with Like My Choice. I ordered clothes worth £100, but I never received anything. I emailed the company more than 10 times asking them to cancel my order and refund my money, but they completely ignored my requests.

Instead of helping, they kept sending the same copy-and-paste emails, which clearly look AI generated and do not answer my questions at all. There is no real customer service and no responsibility taken.

I am extremely disappointed and feel this company is misleading and untrustworthy. I will be reporting this company to the relevant authorities so other people do not lose their money like I did.

I strongly do not recommend buying from this company.

Do not purchase from this brand

This brand have been overall a huge disapppoinment. The sites and products look lovely but purchasing is a different story. After having to chase where the dispatch was 6 working days after payment and order had been made my items arrived. I ordered three things. one item in two sizes to keep the right one. I asked to return one and then find out the policy is no refunds unless quality issue. It is 2026 and online shopping to have no refunds unless a quality issue is outdated and unhelpful. Borderline against consumer rights. The quality IS poor and I wasnt pleased with the feel of anything. Very cheaply made and terrible service. I cant return/refund and wish I had checked this page first as their website only relfects positive reviews which is false. It makes me wonder how much product waste is happening. In a world of fast fashion its shame this brand clearly adds to this. Do not purchase from them!
