Arrived before estimated delivery time, lovely card with personalisation correct but did experience some issues with Etsy not replying to my message querying about the card! why do they say contact us, if they don’t bothering replying?? so not really pleased with them but that’s nothing do with you! But all was good with the card

Great Personalised Card and Exceptional Service
After I ordered my special birthday card from Lilac Kitten Design for my daughter’s 40th, (She had bought one for me previously from them) I realised I had mucked up the wording, but I needn’t have worried, as Kate came back to me straight away with some related queries, that needed to clarified by me, before she edited/ finished my card. So everything got sorted straight away, with no hassle. I was so impressed, she even clarified she would post the card first class to insure a quicker delivery, as my daughter’s birthday was only 4 days away.
I can’t recommend Kate and Lilac Kitten Design Service and there cards more highly
