Really good quality and durable material.
There was a moment when I thought I scratched the metal bracelet with other metal but apparently, it scratched the other thing. I was relieved and so happy I decided to buy from Lilienthal Berlin :)

I ordered and received my watch fine, but the watch wasn't working when I received it - totally dead. I e-mailed within an hour of receipt of watch and have now e-mailed three times and tried phoning their UK number - I'm not sure what the message said as it was in German, which is strange as it was listed as a number for UK residents. I've phoned the German number and there was a long message, which included the e-mail I've been using. I haven't heard a thing and I'm bitterly disappointed in the level (or lack of) customer contact. If you are reading this, please check and answer your e-mails and contact me so I can use my watch, which is gorgeous, but dead.

I placed an order and the delivery time was 1-3 business days, i changed the watch strap and it increased to 14 weeks??? I thought this would be a mistake so i emailed them and i recieved no response at all. I emailed them 3 times with no response and tried to call their english number 4 times and all i got was 3 seconds of a german automated voice message before they hung up. This company is a scam and i cannot recommend them. Horrible customer service and i want my money back or my problem solved promptly, i will not wait 14 weeks just to find out if they even plan on shipping me a watch
Edit: I Recieved the product and I love it. They were very helpful and apologetic when they finally got in contact. Seems their customer service is swampee atm.

Great watch and fast delivery. Ordered on 5th of August and received it on 9th, in Bulgaria. The watch is exactly what I expected.
I love my Huxley watch. It replaces my Tissot which quit working. The watch is top quality. The metal watch band and leather band are very comfortable. I originally purchased the chronograph watch, but I didn't like it because it was too thick. I wanted something thin like my Tissot watch. The return process was easy, but it took about 1 month for the refund.
I wasn't a watch person until recently. I was looking for a style of watch that could both serve a casual look or complement a formal setting without being too flashy. Their watch selections express a calm luxurious look with an affordable price tag. I thoroughly enjoy the fact that this brand of watch seems to fly under the radar with most people I encounter which creates more curiosity amongst my peers. I am on my 4th watch now and plan to add more to my collection.
The Blue-Orange Steel Link Band Chronograph watch actually came one day earlier than expected. The analog quartz movement appears to be quite accurate, energy efficient, and easy to operate. The watch is elegant due to it's simplicity in packaging, design, and the orange and electric blue color scheme. All questions emailed to Customer Support were answered in a timely fashion.
If I could give this 0 stars I would! I have emailed them 7 times to 3 different email addresses throughout the past month(because they don’t provide a good one) and only just received a response yesterday to ONE of my many emails. They said they are experiencing high orders so they can’t keep up. (Then take the sale off of your website?). My anniversary gift that was supposed to be given on my WEDDING DAY is now not going to be here and I am out hundreds of dollars. They shut down their customer service phone line and won’t provide with an email they will actually respond to. STAY AWAY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I also believe any recent good reviews have got to be fake to try and protect their star rating. I know I’m not the only one going through this.

I think they have too much demand and don't have the capacity to meet this for now.

I came across this company on Facebook, I liked the first watch so much I end up buying a second one from this company, Great looking, affordable, quality watches
I purchased the Chronograph Blue Orange - leather dark blue watch the shipping was very quick and the watch looks stunning it is very comfortable on my wrist and seems very high quality
Despite a delay the company kindly got in touch with me and agreed to send me a few screws for the back of my watch as I managed to lose one when changing the watch battery. Impressed by the service! Love the elegant and well priced watches too.
I bought a watch in early June, decided to return it within 2 weeks and was advised that I would get a refund. In mid July I got two emails saying my refund would go to my bank. No refund has arrived and I can get no response at all. I have tried contacting by phone and email but no response ( the phone system seems to be not working) However they are still sending me emails telling me about their products and the new low prices !
Deteriorating customer service, unresponsive phones and email, terrible customer reviews on here and other places plus offers at new low prices does not suggest a healthy company. They have great looking products but I would not purchase from them again.

Loved my watch and bought a new strap but it's yet to arrive now 3-4 months after initially buying. Emailed the two email addresses (they have no login system or ticket system on their website - big red flag) and have heard nothing back with one of the emails telling me I was straight up spam.

After posting my initial review about the unresponsive customer service and delayed delivery, I eventually received the watch. Following the review, the customer support team reached out and offered a free extra matching mesh or leather strap as an apology. Despite this gesture, I decided to return the watch because I didn't like the look of it. While the quality seemed fine, it simply wasn’t the right watch for me.
The return process was efficient, and my refund was processed quickly, which I appreciated. However, I regret that it took a negative review to prompt a resolution. It raises concerns that the company may not prioritize customer experience until a public issue arises. While this is just a gut feeling, I can't help but wonder if I would have received the same level of attention had I not left the review.

I ordered 2 watches to try. The watches are very nice and delivery was prompt (through Ogden Fulfilment). However, I decided not to keep them as I preferred a different style so have attempted to return them. Oh my goodness... Getting a reply from their customer service took 3 attempts via email. I was then given a link to a return form.which requires you to input a 'customer number' and 'delivery number' neither of which is provided on the order confirmation or in the box upon delivery. Multiple emails later I have this information but the returns form doesn't accept it! It's like the process is deliberately complicated to discourage returns. So still tryng to get my £500+ back. Very unhappy.

Ordered 2 months ago a watch and I'm still waiting for a reply of what is going on. Be aware that their contact email are not working. The only way to contact them is on Facebook and they just try to delay their response as much as possible. Don't understand what is going on or why a company which seems to sell good stuff are so bad at the costumer service. Avoid this company or you will lose your patience and your money.

Absolutely terrible costumer service, I ordered a watch from them in the first half of july as a birthday present. In the same day I also ordered another watch for myself. My watch arrived pretty quickly but the first watch i ordered has not arrived. I have been trying to contact the company through every channel they have(email, phone, social media, ect). No answer!!! Their meil does not work and the phone number they provide on their website is also not in service.I am so disappointed. Do not recommend
