Me and my husband love Lilienthal watches and my nephew was also in seventh heaven when we offered him one. They are both stylish and reliable. Glad we discovered this brand.

Recently I've bought very expensive watches, and I've got nothing in return - no payment checkout, no watches!!! This is a one huge scam, and I don't know how to bring my money back!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Lilienthal Berlin. I ordered a watch from their online store and immediately noticed that I never received a confirmation for my order or payment. Concerned, I reached out to their customer support multiple times, providing all necessary details, including screenshots of the transaction, yet I have not received a single response.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. It's frustrating and concerning that a company would take my money without providing any follow-up or support. I expected far better and strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from Lilienthal Berlin.

I ordered a Huxley Silver Bordeaux watch on the 24th August '24 and it was delivered on the 27th. Bearing in mind that the 26th was a Bank Holiday in the UK this was fantastic! However, there were a couple of issues.

Firstly, Lilienthal didn't send me any tracking details so I wasn't expecting a delivery. Fortunately my neighbour received it on my behalf as I was out.

Secondly, upon unboxing my new timepiece and setting the correct time and date I discovered that the watch wasn't working. Disappointed with my new acquisition I emailed Lilienthal asking them what I should do. Twenty-four hours later and I have not received a reply, not even an automated acknowledgement email (looking at some of the other reviews I guess this is not surprising). As it happens I took it to a watch repair place near me who changed the battery (at my expense of course) and the watch is now working correctly. This leads me to conclude that the watch must have been sitting around for quite some time in order for the battery to run out. Furthermore, why wasn't it checked before sending out?

All that said, the watch is beautiful and I'm very happy with it, it's just a shame Lilienthal's quality control let the side down.

As you can see, Lilienthal have now replied to my initial review, make of that what you will. As far as their response regarding tracking is concerned it seems that they didn't fully read my complaint. I reiterate here, I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY TRACKING DETAILS!

I purchased the roaring 20s Lilienthal Berlin watch and when I opened it there were 2 very visible scratches on it. I emailed them 1 week ago to inquire about returning it and I have not heard back from them. I would not recommend ordering from them online.

This is not a watch, because this is s PIECE OF ART.
The grace is noticable. I just love it.

I bought 2 watches from Lilienthal Berlin, on 2 separate occasions. One is an L1 model, the other an Octamoon. Both were delivered fast and secure. The watches themselves are of visibly high quality. The cases have nice premium finishes (both metal texture and paint, if any - my Octamoon is black), they have a nice weight and the straps are spectacular, some of the best leather I've ever had on a watch. They wear great, they seem ergonomically studied somehow, they just feel natural on the wrist. I've had the L1 for about 3 years and it still looks like new. The Octamoon is spectacular, the 3 dials with day, date and moon phase indicators, arranged to look like a chronograph (but actually much more useful than one) always makes me smile and feel confident when wearing it. Taking all of this into account, the value for money is insanely good, unmatched! I will definitely buy more Lilienthal Berlin watches! Thank you!

My emerald rosalux is absolutely beautiful and elegant. I have black leather and gold mesh straps for it.

I have bought 4 different watches and I am super satisfied. Good design and very good quality in both straps, case etc. Have bought other watches in the same price range where the quality is really poor.

Ordered a watch which claimed 1-3 weeks delivery, now 3 months later and my emails are not getting replied to and I have not had anything delivered, shocking customer service and delivery times, I will be needing my money back as this is not on, will not be ordering from these guys again, don’t make my mistake

I ordered the Lilienthal Rosalux ladies watch in May. It arrived promptly but I was extremely disappointed with the colour of the bezel. I appreciate that the description states that there may me variation in colour from the watch shown but rather than having the multi coloured bezel of this model mine is all one solid shade of blue . Given the ominous reviews I decided that it wasn’t worth the hassle of returning it. Other than that, it appears to be a good quality watch other than the strap fastening which is easily caught up on things an opens without warning.

I already own two Lilienthal Berlin watches, love the look and feel, but unfortunately one has stopped working reliably which may, in fairness, have been the delayed result of a cycling accident. This could not be repaired by my local jeweller so I happily purchased a new replacement watch from the company. What a disappointment! The watch arrived a week later than had been indicated on the website at the time of purchase and was not working. Despite repeated emails to the designated email address I have received no response to my queries on how the situation can be resolved. Appalling lack of customer service so am now seeking a full refund and intend to take my custom elsewhere.

Clean design. Has a sturdy feeling of a quality watch. Very happy with the automatic watch. I have a Neolux Silver Brown automatic. It can be worn both with elegant and casual outfits.
Very happy with my purchase, I intend to buy another model in the next weeks.
