DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered three items 20th January.

Two came and were massively undersized, my wife is a medium or 12 in everything else but would need at least an XL in their sizing but there’s no chance of an exchange or refund as the emails stop coming and now being ignored.

The third item still hasn’t arrived, I kept getting told it’s out of stock and promised a free gift, now that hasn’t turned up and now no response to my emails.

Probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and now reading other reviews I’m not the only one.

No exchanges, no refunds, no communication ………. Just a really poor company.
I’d definitely advise to avoid ordering from them.

What made my experience good is because the people who works there are actually fantastic they are nice, they supportive they help people if people don’t know what to buy and that they honestly help them. All of the clothes made me feel confidence in myself and I’m happy they these lot exist honestly

Why do the hosts feel the need to raise their voice during the lives? 🙉 like seriously!? I am all about enthusiasm but the way they come over is extremely annoying 🙈 calm down you don’t need to shout also stop telling lies and stating that the lingerie sets are worth £45 to £60 when they are all CLEARLY from Shein and Ali Express!! Cheap tat!!

I ordered two items and only one came. They refused to refund me for the missing items

Placed order just after Christmas for the January subscription box plus 2 other items. Very poor service, if an item is out of stock they won't let you know just keep you waiting,. Waited about 8 weeks for a couple of items and in the end was so fed up i settled for a couple of alternatives (or i wouldn't have received anything!). Also, some items aren't available in xl, but they don't tell you this, they just send a large instead. Terrible

Love their lingerie I wear it all the time. Great quality and great staff.

I placed an order for two items on 22nd January and still yet to receive them. Several emails back and forth with customer service asking for updates and getting minimal information. Now I’ve asked for the order to be cancelled and it’s been radio silence ever since…

Update: it’s been 11 days since they received my return, I am yet to receive the items back, an exchange or refund

I requested a refund and was told exchanges only which I accepted. But what I do not accept is being called a liar! I decided I didn’t want the items anymore roughly an hour after ordering so as soon as the package arrived I stuck my return label straight on and sent it. I knew I didn’t want it and not to effect the hygiene of the product I didn’t open the package when it arrived. Whoever spoke to me on the TikTok chat was so belittling and rude. She said ‘ hey babe we have to open them to show they have been taken out the bag by you as we could tell when opening the bags xxxxx’ this absolutely INFURIATED me!!! They also said ‘ babe i am only trying to help you the outerpackaging had been opened - as you had put them all in one bag’ this is a LIE!! the packaging was still sealed I never ever opened it, and of course they all came in one bag, it was one order!! I sent it to them exactly how they sent it to me!! I didn’t touch the package apart from sticking my return label on. Being called a liar was so horrible and frustrating especially after spending so much money on this company. I questioned this on their live and they just blocked me instantly. Nasty girls. I have also found the exact sets on shein for a fraction of the price, gutted I wasted hundreds on this company, it’s made me feel so sick

I placed an order well in advance of Valentines. They only packed and sent one item of the four ordered. I’ve emailed customer service and there response was they can provide me with a label to return and exchange. Erm hello. Read the email. I want my order please. Now unlikely to arrive in time for. Valentines as it’s not been resolved. Will have to shop elsewhere now. Not happy at all. Still unresolved.

Stunning monthly subscription box arrived! So so happy with it, such a nice treat that arrives each month and the best part is you end up forgetting about it so it’s a little surprise each month. So worth the money. Such a beautiful range of items . Always stunning sets and beautiful bits that go with it. Team Liliosa you are the best! I ordered a bra based of the sizing recommendations on the website, and got in pink, what arrived is absolutely no where near the correct size, I’m a 34F and so by the website recommendations is a large, it looks like a B cup and it’s in white, when I emailed about a refund they said “Hey love! So sorry, but we don’t do refunds—only exchanges! 💕 We have a strict ‘no reselling’ policy because we’d never resend out anything that’s potentially been tried on (hygiene is a BIG deal, babe!). Hope you understand as you wouldn't want to wear something someone may have potentially tried on right?”
Why would Iwant to exchange when the sizes aren’t correct?

the girlies at liliosa are all lovely, they really ensure you are happy with what you are receiving. The sets they offer are all stunning and amazing quality. Would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing Service, I received my gorgeous body suit & 2 lingerie full sets at a great price. I actually feel comfortable & pretty for once, Considering I'm a plus size girlie with a big bust its hard to come by. I even didn't reveive a dress, but was no issue as the lovely team refunded me within a day. Thank you so much ❤️

I ordered a bra based on the sizing recommendations. When it arrived it wasn’t even close to fitting. I’m a high-street 38E and have never had problems getting bras to fit. This item was way off. When I asked for a refund I was denied, because of ‘hygiene’ reasons. I would never recommend buying from this company.

The underwear is absolutely stunning quick delivery got 2 sets off them and it fitted perfect 🤩

Staff are very lovely and the underwear is beautiful and so detailed thank you
