I have been really impressed with Lily and Fox. Yes, their items do take a while to arrive, but if you keep that in mind, the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks.

I really enjoy their Lives on facebook, and they are so sweet and prompt with their customer service replies. They generally supply freebies to practice with, and their membership is cheap and cheerful and comes with an adorable origami fox! I also love their variety and constant updates to their stock.

So one star knocked for the inordinate amount of time it took to receive the items, but honestly, considering it is a dropshipping-run business that personalises orders individually, I appreciate this and will continue to order from them and take delight in my nail mail every month.

I placed the order in November for Xmas nail designs. The website stated the delivery should be within 12 to 26 days. Unfortunately the order never arrived. It is posted from abroad and they have no way of tracking the order. It is all very disappointing and I feel somewhat scammed. I requested the full refund. Hopefully that will materialise some time soon.

I like the product, they were easy to put on and look great. I don’t know how long they will last but for the price and ease of application they are great for a night out.
However they took 6 weeks to arrive, I had given up hope of seeing them. When I sign in to the website it says I have placed no orders which is odd, I didn’t get any confirmation emails just marketing messages but the money was taken and they did finally arrive.
