I have always had a great experience! I have purchased several items and they are all great quality. Sizing can be different based on manufacturer so read reviews. If you dont read ALL reviews and the item doesnt fit - guess who's fault it is? YOURS. dont leave a bad review because you failed to see what other people have said. I recommend Line Lush to many people and get a ton of compliments on the clothing I purchase from them.

I bought a dress for around $40 and it came in looking nothing like the pictures and super cheaply made. It was a bit big and still ripped the first time I ever tried it on because I the materials were so cheap.

I have purchased several items and loved each one of them. The process has been easy and delivery is quick. Only one item (jacket) did not fit but gave to my daughter and she loved it. This is my favorite shopping site.

I love all of my purchases! They ship quickly and quality is perfect. Everything I have gotten runs true to size to their size chart

Please save your money and stay far away from Lime Lush! Like several others, I never received the item I ordered. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago, and still no updating to tracking. Lime Lush customer service is useless and pretty much claims that this is not their problem. I have already contacted an attorney to see what my options are in getting my money back!

Do not purchase from this company! That are not honest and have horrible customer service. I purchased a Seafoam outfit they sent jade and they would not refund my Account completely. They charged me for shipping. What kind of company advertises one thing and sends out another. They also only post 5 star reviews on there website. I wrote a couple reviews and they screened them and never posted. I will never shop or recommend this company to anyone!

Same issues as others have had, I placed an order on June 23rd which was supposed to ship within 24 hours and it did not. It is July 12th and I still do not have any merchandise. Customer service is useless and has no regard for customer satisfaction.

I ordered 2 things from here on June 19th and still haven’t gotten anything. On UPS it said it would be delivered on June 26th and still haven’t gotten anything. Then I go on the AfterShip app to see where exactly my package is at and it’s still in Brooklyn Park MN!! It’s been there since the 29th of June and I understand with the COVID19 and 4th of July going on it might take a bit to get it but don’t say it’ll be here June 26th and it’s July 6th and still haven’t gotten an update on where my package is at. Will never shop and waste my money on this “boutique” ever again. So much for buying a cute outfit for the 4th of July.

I am very disappointed in this company right now! I used to shop with them all the time and recently ordered. I don't know if don't know if management changed or the CEO changed but the outfit I got looked super cheap and wouldn't even fit on my arms and it wasn't b/c the size was wrong! It looked like it was made in China even though they promote everything was made in the US!!! Now they won't answer my call when I call them to talk to them about it. That's $50's down the drain!

Total sham! Everything comes from China and is too small and cheap. They don't credit the returns which is outright stealing. My next step is the Attorney General's Office.

I’m so surprised at the low ratings. I’m almost wondering if these reviews are mistakenly for another company with a similar name. I have ordered hundreds, and I mean hundreds, of dollars worth of clothes, shoes, and accessories from Lime Lush Boutique. I return something any time it doesn’t fit right or doesn’t look good on me. They just ask that it’s returned within a certain number of days and with the original tags and packaging. I try it on as soon as I receive it and return it ASAP if I don’t like it...But honestly, I love almost everything I order. I have not had any problems with them! In fact, their customer service is very responsive. The sizes can run a tad large, which I prefer since I can order sizes down, but when stuff is cheap and too small, it’s impossible to get the right sizes. They list very detailed descriptions and measurements, and I compare them to pieces and fabrics I have already ordered for comparison. Honestly, I have never received anything I thought was poor quality. They have unique pieces, too, that I can’t find in department stores. It’s probably one of my favorite places to order for clothing. Again, really surprised at the poor ratings.

I have ordered 15 tops from them since January and every shipment came in about a week and the clothing was made quite well. Look at the sizing because every large or extra large for instance has a different measurement. I am quite happy with my purchases.

Can’t believe the reviews are so low! I am absolutely in love with LimeLush! Shipping is fast, items are always as described. The one time I had to do an exchange because I bought the wrong size it was super easy! I have been shopping with them for over a year and highly recommend them!

This is the first review I’ve ever left before but I’m that furious, so I’m wasting my time doing it just to warn others!

Ordered for the first time from here, outfit came broken. I sent pictures to them that the strap is broken off the outfit.

They refuse to give me any refund, offering 50% off my next order. I let them know (respectfully) I won’t be ordering from them again and would like it to my card, which again, they won’t do.

No help at all from customer service for a product that I received BROKEN. I sent photos & everything to them and it was the same day tracking shows delivery for even more proof.

Love their clothes, but, safe yourself the stress. Sheeeesh, I wish I did.

I was surprised to see low ratings here! I ordered 6 items and everything was as expected and arrived in a couple of days (on a Sunday!!). Everything was true to size. I returned some stuff because I didn’t like how They looked on me and the process was easy, free return shipping on orders over $100, was processed right away, and money back in account in a matter of days. I would definitely order here again.

This company went down the toilet. It was amazing at first - beautiful quality product, all made in America, super fast shipping. I think they took off so quickly, they couldn't keep up with the demand and moved their production to China. Now most items are garbage. My last order I ordered 8 things - only one was made in the US and that was the only one I liked. Even the packaging from the China products was terrible. Safe to say this company is DONE. Sad because I was loving them for a while there.

Everything I ordered was cheap. I didn’t receive a return slip. It looked nothing like it did online. I am learning to read reviews before i buy online. I would have saved a lot of money.

I would give them less then 1 star if I could! The clothing I ordered took two weeks to get to my home. The clothing I ordered all said made in China and was very cheap looking. The vest I ordered was huge and stupid looking. I called they said they would fully refund me to go ahead and send it back. I was never fully refunded, they kept the clothing, when I call I get nowhere. Very bad store & horrible customer service.

Buyer beware!!! The clothes I bought were not like they looked online. I tried to return and you have to request a return label and my request was denied!! I spend a $100 on these items and can’t even return! I will never ever buy from them again!

Very shady company. They lure you in with coupons and free shipping and then there is always a catch! They respond with this is out of their control.....totally trying to scam people....beware!
