I signed up for this service then wanted to cancel right away as I did not need it. I made a support ticket requesting a cancelation on Friday, February 2nd, 2024 . It is now Tuesday February 6th as of the time of writing this review and there is no response and a pending overdue invoice on my account for a service I do not need

I used LimeVPN becasue they were the only VPN provider I could find that didnt rip you off for paying monthly instead of in a lump sum which i couldnt afford.
Unfortuantely the software they use is very unintuitive and they offer no support for it, I had some connection and payment issues which their CS took far too long to sort out so I moved to a different VPN provider which is a little more expensive but I dont have to mess about with third partry software or badger them to fix my service.

I'm their customer past 3 yrs but this year I started experiencing connection n speed issues and several safe sites getting blocked. I reported it through their contact form several times but there is no response. They have almost no customer service.
At this point with money already paid, and no response I don't know what to do. Please don't buy this service.

After numerous attempts to communicate with Lime about payment for their VPN service I finally tried their
chat and got quick and excellent service.

Had some problems connecting but the customer support responded fast and was able to help me out

I made a typo when purchasing the basic plan and I couldn't log in. I contacted support and they fixed it for me in a matter of minutes.

I was able to connect to the vpn using my router and it works as expected.

LimeVpn is NOT trustwothy. I cancelled my subscription 1 Day after purchase, but they never answered me and i never saw the money. This was 1 Month ago. So basically they stole my money, at least until now.

Do not use this service. Or do. But you were warned.

Jithesh was amazing! Patient, calm and very helpful - We managed to solve my problem.

It has been 3 months since I started using LimeVPN. The customer service are good, they are very responsive and can help you remotely. I used the vpn for my gaming console, connected it using connectify and it works! I tried many VPN services and faced a lot of problems with connecting the vpn with my gaming console.
At the beginning, it was hard to understand how to use Limevpn, but with the help and instructions of the customer service I understood how to set up the vpn for all of the servers.
Highly recommended. Affordable, you don't have to pay for expensive yearly subscription, it is only 2.5$ monthly plan and you can cancel at anytime.

The customer services is great. I can always get real person to chat online with my difficulties. Good experience. And it works as what says on the promo.

Lime vpn is very reliable, highly recommend. Extremely cheap for good vpn.

Web proxy doesn't work and speeds are terrible.
Do not buy.

Superb support, fixed my problem almost instantly after I sent a ticket!
